New to 5.4

邪煞水晶碎片 is a new enchanting material added in 5.4. It is obtained from DEing 正义点数 gear that were formerly 勇气点数 reputation epics, as well as new ilvl 476 PvP recipes added in 5.4.

3 邪煞水晶碎片 create one 邪煞水晶.

战争之灵 is a new material from disenchanting Tier 16 raid epics.

High-level enchants will scale down and work on low-level items. To see what an enchant is at a certain level, use our level sliders on spell pages.

Enchanting Perks灵魂尘

: Permanently enchants your ring to increase Agility by 160. Requires a level 372 or higher item.

: Permanently enchants your ring to increase Intellect by 160. Requires a level 372 or higher item.

: Permanently enchants your ring to increase Stamina by 160. Requires a level 372 or higher item.

: Permanently enchants your ring to increase Strength by 160. Requires a level 372 or higher item.

Materials

邪煞水晶: From disenchanting epics or 5x 飘渺碎片 (邪煞水晶)

飘渺碎片: From disenchanting rares, 2 from 煞能碎片, or 5x 强效神秘精华 (飘渺碎片)

强效神秘精华: From high-level greens, 3 from 飘渺碎片, or 3x 神秘精华

灵魂尘: From disenchanting greens or 3 from 神秘扩散.

血魂: found from disenchanting Tier 14 raid items, inside loot satchels, and sold by 海伦·慧歌 and 瓦萨林·赤晨 for 0 勇气点数. Used for ilvl 496 craftables.

萦绕之魂: found from disenchanting Tier 15 raid epics. Used for ilvl 522 craftables.

邪煞水晶碎片: from DEing 正义点数 gear that were formerly 勇气点数 reputation epics, as well as new ilvl 476 PvP recipes added in 5.4.

战争之灵: from disenchanting Tier 16 raid epics. Used to make 速成两仪延极锭, 速成神纹布, 速成强化华丽毛皮 which are used for ilvl 553 craftables.

Learning Recipes莱·咒爪

狡狐鲁西 sells some weapon enchants if you are Revered with 影踪派.

白心贤者 and 莲蕊贤者 sell some bracer enchants if you are Revered with 至尊天神.

附魔武器 - 巨神像: Permanently enchants a melee weapon to make your damaging melee strikes sometimes activate a Mogu protection spell, absorbing up to 7,500 damage. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (575, +4 skillups, 3x 飘渺碎片)

附魔武器 - 涓咏: Permanently enchants a melee weapon to sometimes increase your dodge by 1,650 for 12 sec when dealing melee damage. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (600, +1 skillup, 50x 神秘精华, 河心石)

附魔武器 - 风歌: Permanently enchants a melee weapon to sometimes increase your critical strike, haste, or mastery by 1,500 for 12 sec when dealing damage with spells and melee attacks. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (550, +5 skillups, 12x 灵魂尘, 1x 飘渺碎片)

附魔武器 - 玉魂: Permanently enchants a melee weapon to sometimes increase your Intellect by 1,650 when healing or dealing damage with spells. If less than 25% of your mana remains when the effect is triggered, your Spirit will also increase by 750. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (600, +1 skillup, 4x 神秘精华, 10x 邪煞水晶)

附魔武器 - 元素之力: Permanently enchants a melee weapon to sometimes inflict 2775 to 3225 additional Elemental damage when dealing damage with spells and melee attacks. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (525, +4 skillups, 3x 强效神秘精华)

附魔武器 - 舞钢: Permanently enchants a melee weapon to sometimes increase your Strength or Agility by 1,650 when dealing melee damage. Your highest stat is always chosen. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (600, +1 skillup, 12x 灵魂尘, 10x 邪煞水晶)

附魔副手 - 特效智力: Permanently enchants a shield or off-hand item to increase Intellect by 165. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (575, +4 skillups, 3x 强效神秘精华).

附魔盾牌 - 强效招架: Permanently enchant a shield to increase parry by 170. Requires a level 417 or higher item. (600, 5x 神秘精华, 1x 飘渺碎片)

附魔胸甲 - 超强耐力: Permanently enchants chest armor to increase Stamina by 300. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (550, +3 skillups, 4x 灵魂尘, 神秘精华)

附魔胸甲 - 辉煌属性: Permanently enchants chest armor to increase all stats by 80. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (575, +5 skillups, 2x 灵魂尘, 3x 神秘精华)

附魔胸甲 - 极效全能: Permanently enchants chest armor to increase Spirit by 200. Requires a level 372 or higher item. (525, +1 skillup, 4x 灵魂尘)

is there ever gonna be enchant for the neck piece i would really like to see some sort of enchants for the neck piece even if it just for enchanters like the ring enchants.
Also wondering if head enchants r ever gonna be put back in the game.

Warlords of Draenor - Weapon Enchant Transmogrification
It looks like players who choose the enchanter garrison building will be able to change their enchant visuals or hide them completely. There may be a limited selection to choose from though.
