Hello everyone, this is going to be a bit of a lengthy post so bear with me. First, this achievement will require the other achievement 祝福祭坛：忏悔的巨魔 to be completed, as we will unfortunately need access to all eight minor Loa.
This achievement will require combat, gathering (Fishing most likely), and a bit of traveling, but some can be done straight from the altar. I'll be ordering it by the major Loa (the top four big circles), and the eight minor Loa they combine with, along with the category of what you need to do to trigger the criteria.

First, how to get all eight minor Loa:
Kulzi: Complete the 治愈灵魂 storyline, starting with 洛阿神灵的侵扰.
Filo: Complete the 她的声音 storyline, starting with 被打断的宁静漫步.
Mot'amra: Requires the 疫疾神像 from the 暮光地穴 delve. Appears to be a guaranteed drop from the end chests.
Wila'ma: Reach Renown 8 with the Amani Tribe, automatically unlocked on altar after.
Shadra: Complete the 剧毒的历史 storyline, starting with 遥远的辛特兰. Will require a run of Maisara Caverns (can be done in follower mode).
Dundun: Requires the 丰饶神像 sold by 削凿者切尔 for 1600 Unalloyed Abundance.
Puul: Requires getting an 危机神像 from fishing. Apparently can be fished in any Midnight zone from any source of water. Very low drop rate, took me from 1-250 fishing to get it.
Oe: Requires the 生长神像 from killing the world boss 克拉格平.

BUFFS YOU CAN GET STRAIGHT FROM THE ALTAR: just click on these and the criteria should be instantly met, do these first

凯旋之速 Kulzi
放松心流 Filo

Nalorakk:
坚持！ Kulzi (can trigger by using fall damage to bring you under 15% HP - this allegedly has strange interactions with certain specs/classes, search the comments here if yours isn't working)
转换守护 Filo (can trigger the buff by using fall damage to get you to 50% HP, criterion triggers once the 2 minute buff runs out)

Jan'alai:
以太烈焰 Kulzi
炽燃流焰 Filo (requires casting a spell, 复原 allegedly works)

BUFFS THAT REQUIRE COMBAT: I recommend selecting one at an altar, then turning around and beating up the convenient boars/bears roaming below, or using one of the myriad training dummy toys. Unless otherwise stated these can all be achieved by simply auto-attacking until you see the achievement criterion trigger

Halazzi:
无尽追猎 Kulzi (requires killing an enemy)
简约时刻 Filo (ranged attacks allegedly do not work, use melee instead)

BUFFS THAT REQUIRE TRAVELING:
Each of the four major Loa + Wila'ma buffs require talking to a Packpeddle of the X NPC which present as stationary mammoths found around ZA. They can be tracked on the minimap by their repair icon. The closest one I found to the altar was:

/way 40.3, 51.1 Packpeddle

Choose your combo, fly to it, talk to it, get the buff, fly back to the altar, swap your major Loa, repeat x3

If you are an unholy death knight like me, I had to swap into frost before it would finally pop Ensorcelled by Flame.

A fast way to do a lot of these is to just throw a Turnip Punching Bag, or another toy you can fight right next to the altar.

I can't get "Persist!" to trigger no matter what I do. I get the debuff that follows the Loa's ability (Hibernation), but the achievement does not flag the criteria as met. I've tested with multiple specs, with and without pets summoned. Any ideas?

I've mixed and matched the below and found that when receiving a Blessing from a Backpeddle throughout Zul'Aman, you will receive each of the "Burst" buff:

Jan'alai and Wila'ma, will give the "Burst of the Efficient"
Azil'kon and Wila'ma will give the "Burst of the Victorious"
Halazzi and Wila'ma will give the "Burst of the Ambusher"
Nalorakk and Wila'ma will give the "Burst of the Berserker"

! Note that for the duration of the same Loas you chose, the Backpeddle NPC will continue to give the same blessing at each location until you change the Loa pairing again.

To reset the blessings you right click on the top blessing and right click on the minor blessing. Took me forever to figure it out. Thought I would pass along.

So we can’t complete Patient Hunter since we can’t get Oe, Loa of Growth since there is no world boss Cragpine?

If you are not getting the Burst of the efficent achievemet just dismount before talking to the NPC. Took me like 10 minutes to figure this stupid sh*t out.

The ability to get these blessings at the altar is unlocked as you get access to the different loas (described in the 祝福祭坛：忏悔的巨魔 page. You can ask for the blessings at the altar at /way #2437 43.0 69.2

To get a blessing, the idea is that you choose on the major Loas (in the top row) and then combine with one of the eight minor loas (in the two bottom rows). Each combination gives a blessing and once it triggers, you get credit for the achievement. As @Dusklight writes in their comment (hopefully still at the top), a few triggers immediately, others need some kind of thing happen to you before they trigger (and give credit for the achievement). Just mix and match until you have them all - follow the instructions given by @Dusklight.

if youre having problems with Ensorcelled by Flame - remove ANY type of trinket or piece of gear that summons ads/pets/mobs. Both of my trinkets summoned a chance of --- to attack (even 1 singular attack). Took both trinks off and immediately got it.

For anyone trying to get credit for Patient Hunter, looks like ranged attacks don't work. As soon as I meleed, the achieve popped.

For Patient Hunter, as a hunter, I was killing for almost an hour with no luck. I took my bow off and hit the mobs with my fists and got it within 5 minutes. Maybe a bug, or maybe just bad luck.

I have unlocked all the Loas and got the Penitent Troll achievement but when I click on the altar I have only one option available for each Loa. I have got credit for the 4 I can choose but now I am stuck...

Is there any pre-requisite to this? I have completed the Zul Aman storyline but not all side quests...

For "Guard Shift Change" it only procs after your helper buddy despawns after the two minutes.

Couldnt get this to "Persist!" to proc as an unholy dk - Switch to frost and it worked fine.

Wondering if its anything to do with talents that proc under 35% or pet healing me.

I play a Warrior. Backpeddle of Fire wouldn't let me get the buff in Fury. Swapped to Prot and got it just fine.

For Persist! I could not get fall damage to work and only trigger the 10 min cooldown (i would die a lot)

Drowning to 15% worked for me

For Persist! - if you're a rogue, you need to use a different method to get sub-15%. Safe fall will prevent it from triggering.

You can click off the buff for Guard Shift Change if you do not want to wait 2minutes for it to run out.
You will still get credit for the achievement.

If you're trying to get this on an Evoker, I was able to do it when I took off all my gear, turned off visage entirely, and had a blank talent load out. I tried doing it without any talents or visage by jumping, drowning, letting mobs kick my face in-none of it worked.

Flying above the building where the altar is twice (with regular not dynamic flight), with absolutely nothing on or talented is what finally got it to pop.

You can put this script in a macro to toggle the Loa 'talents' frame and 'respec' out in the world. Maybe this is accessible in the normal UI and I'm unaware, but I used this to swap quickly while doing hunts and going through the list for the achievement.

Disclaimer: You do not need Pahk, the Loa of the Depths, for any of these blessings. You do not need to talk to the Abyss Anglers for this achievement.

Anything that has anything to do with 'combat', you can whip out a punching bag or training dummy next to the altars so you can switch easily between the blessings and knock them out within the timeframe the training dummy is up. If you run out, here are some toys you can shuffle through to find a new one: Ancient Construct, Turnip Punching Bag, Tuskarr Training Dummy, Sturdy Love Fool, and Gnoll Targeting Barrel. All of these will fulfill the combat-related needs that are not associated with the post-mentioned conditions below.

'Ensorcelling Flame' requires you to dismiss any pets or minions so that the charmed creature you hit will fill in that slot, otherwise you will never access it.

There is a Packpeddler mammoth near the shrine at 46.6 62.4 just before the ground-bridge just north of the village, so you can get all associated Packpeddler blessings from that singular one with quick flights back to the shrine. I've heard you get the blessing so long as you're dismounted and request the blessing when talking to it, so I haven't tried accessing the blessing while mounted. It's a simple enough task, so I recommend doing so.

Finally I highly recommend referring to the grid-comment left by jophur as it helped me the most by comparing the grids and lists and helped me get this done in under half-an-hour, with the rest of the filler being the result of researching and confirming what I was doing wrong. This comment is now left so that the rest of the readers can knock out all of these in half that time.
