On Lothar I saw it(bottomless bag)at AH starting bid of 40G I want to buy the recipe for it off of some online sales and will gladly pay 60.00 USD for it. The guy I guess that has the recipe and makes them on Lothar sells them for 400-600 ea. I asked if someone could/would sell the recipe to a good high level tailor they could get all the bags they want for free and he agreed that's what he's doing for the guy that sold him the recipe.
I said that I would look online for the recipe to buy in real cash and probably go that route.

Yeah its expensive. But if you want the best then you better pay up. I think Blizzard makes it this hard so that the hardcore players have something to strive for, even if its just a bag.

You could do onyxia (25 people should be enough) once a week and get a bag too. That will take you 25 days just to get one bag if you divide equally, so 48 days isnt so bad. If you have tons of dkp then you can get these 18 slot bags from onyxia pretty fast.

As stated before, for half the price of a bottomless bag you can get 4 travelers backpacks, and sacrifice 8 slots.

I say this is the last thing you need to go for. Once you get your final tier 3 sets, once you have your epic mount, once you are as high as youre gonna get in honor rankings, once all your skills are maxed out and you have so much money that youre starting to give it away, THATS when you start thinking about getting these.

price for bags on dreanor are 2s for 6slots 10s for 8slots 35s for 10slots 1.5g for 12slots but my bro sells em for 75s 4 or 5 for 14slots 25g for 16slots never seen a 18 yet prob 100g+

you are not looking at the big picture, look at the jump in price from a 12 slot mageweave bag to the 14 slot Runecloth bag on the AH. On my server it is 250% difference. (about 1g for Mageweave, and 2.5g for runecloth). Now with Mooncloth bags going for 60g what do you think a level 60 with money to burn is going to pay for a bottomless.

People that claim they wouldn't use mooncloth on this bag obviously have yet to realize any and all mooncloth gear is inferior to the later sets.

Anyone seen the pattern? Don't care about the materials required, yes they are very high/expensive. Just want to know where I can get the pattern?

The pattern goes for what, let's say 1800 gold. The components go for 220g. I can sell a bag for 300g *if I'm fairly lucky*. So 1800 divided by 80 is 22 or so.

Let's just say that I'd have to sell 20 bags to make back what I could have gotten selling the pattern.

I dunno, not really seeing the upside of this.

Your maths is wrong.... your working out how many bags to pull out a profit of 1800g.

If you sell 6 bags at 300g each then you would have covered the cost of your bag and have made from the 6 bags... (6x80g) 480g

Bag was rumored to have 2 infinite stacking slots. Then rumored to have been patched. I guess we'll never know. Tigole stated on the forums that they won't be allowing us to upgrade our mainbackpack any time pre-expansion.

L2p imo :P U can buy 12x mooncloth for ~100g (couple dm runs), 2x core leather for free from guild, 2x brilliant shard without noticing and runeclothes/rune threads without a sweat. Crafting fee max 10g if u know how to behave or get it free having friends to make one =)
