It definitely is limited supply on both, Purify Runecloth and the Major Healing Potion Recipe.

The supply is limited to 1 each.
You must be quite lucky to get one. I think the spawnrate is about 8 hours.

The recipe for making runecloth by Qia isn't limited supply, but also not always available.

After bc patch she don't sells it anymore BUT YOU CAN LEARN IT AT MASTER ALCHEMIST IN FEATHERMOON!

Hello guys im playing wow classic 2k19
and Eva is selling this recipe because i just bought it! i flew to Everlook in winterspring yesterday but no recipe only 2x Superior Healing Potion so i logged out went to bed logged in today. first there was only vial's and then it spawned 2x superior healing potions again 10s each so i bought them, and just some minutes after that guess what spawned? yeah the recipe! :D

she ownly spawn 1 item at the time so if u see the healing pot in her shop just buy them because she will spawn something else after! :)

spam right-click the vendor
it opens, buys whats in the 5th slot(on Evie Whirlbrew its either some 超強治療藥水 or 強效法力藥水 potions or the 配方：極效治療藥水) then closes the window.

to cancel this script type /reload

I am in classic wow and Evie whirl brew did not have the major healing potion recipe so I switched layers and it was there immediately. Good luck!
