Its easier and quicker to just get the bracers from DM that are nearly identical to these. Only reason I would do these was to get the set bonus. But then again, might save the mats for the vest instead and go get Cenarian bracers as an upgrade.

while i have to agree that the faerie fire and restore mana bonuses are truly awful, the starfire bonus can be an awesome bonus when you pair it with other things. with the new druid talent tree (if you havent checked it out already, do so at www.worldofwarcraft.com), a high level starfire improvement decreases starfire cast time by .5 secs. the .3 cast time decrease here coupled with that -.5 makes for a little over 2.5 sec cast time for starfire which is AWESOME! that makes for a huge bonus is starfire DPS. and on the occasional starfire crit (which this set gives bonuses to) natures grace makes ur next starfire just barely over 2 secs long. that is friggin beasty

Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 22.

Now let's take the Onyxia fight for a case study. Cenarion provides 60 more HP, 40 more intellect, and 3 more spirit.

Normally, my guild kills Onyxia in about 12-14 minutes. Over the course of the fight, I cast Healing Touch rank 7 once every 8 seconds. (3.5 to cast, wait for health to drop, recast.) This costs approximately 400 mana. Now over the course of the fight, I will cast 50 heals.

So let's look at these 50 heals. With the + 22 healing on the Zandalar, I get +16 health per heal. Over 50 heals, Cenarion gives 300 HP healed, while Zandalar provides 1100 extra hp healed.

Now, let's look at the armor. In bear form, Cenarion provides 316.8 armor, while Zandalar provides 439.2 armor.

Don't let the blue color fool you. These are the second best druid bracers in the game behind Stormrage.

Are you factoring in the fact that you don't recieve the full bonus of the +healing unless it's a 3.5 second cast?

While this set is great for all druids (because druids should use all of their abilities) it is clearly meant for a certain type of druid. The high armor and bonuses to offensive casts show that Blizzard made a nice set with Moonkin balance druids in mind. I am pleased that whatever spec you are there are items out there for you - now the only problem is getting them over the people who don't think you deserve them for some reason =(

How easy or hard these are to get all depends on how often your guild runs ZG. If your guild dose ZG and can kill at least a couple bosses, you will be friendly before you know it. It only takes a single turn in for these now, the stansion, so it's not too bad to get your mists on the drop. I wear these with a healing power enchant for healing, and cenarion with a mana/5 enchant when I grind. On the other hand, before my old guild merged with a coupel of other small guilds to run content like MC, I ran DM repeatedly and could never get the stupid bracers of prosperity or breastplate of tranquility to drop.

better than Cenarion, worse than SR.

however the effort to get those is hilariously high compared to running DM for Bracers of Prosperity.
