The Legplates of Ten Storms drop off Ragnaros in Molten Core.

These are one of the few pieces of the set that are actually pretty good. Most of the Ten Storms sets have mediocre stats along with a strange attempt to make hybrid elemental/restoration gear.

If you're progression is up to Ragnaros, start saving your DKP shamans. Don't pass these up.

All classes T2 headpiece drops from Onyxia. All classes T2 pants drop from Ragnaros in Molten Core (as stated above). All other T2 pieces drop inside Blackwing Lair.

Earthfury is acctually better, though the TS set bonuses sux hard. In high lvl PvE you can't make it without 3x Earthfury for the totem bonus.
The +Crit on nature you recieve on 5x TS isn't better then the 5x EF bonus, so i'd say.. 5x EF and 3x TS is the best. And by that i mean EF is better and more useful.

YOU PEOPLE HAVE ALL FORGOTTEN ABOUT ONE THING! PVP! TS is friggen amazing set for pvp. Along with some nice caster rings and a pimp staff, with Natural Alignment Chrystal and Zandalrian Hero Charm you can reach chain lightening crits up to 3k, and ES crits up to 2.6-2.8k. All you people think of is "blah blah, im a shaman healbot". Sure, get some EF so youre actually geared enough to do BWL, but EF isn't "better". Just geared to *!@#ty healing spec. And think about it. What do you do with full healing gear such as EF? You keep doing MC over and over again and do BWL but passing on TS? Uh... boring much? Or what if you want to go PvP? You gonna heal the alliance to death? My point is, EF is a set that limits you to healing in instances, and if you're dumb enough to go elemental spec with full EF then god help you. But TS has more stats, gives you a bigger mana pool, and along with alot of spell dmg has a decent amount of +healing stats, and not only can you go raiding but you can own in PvP. for that extra +healing get red dragonscale protector, buy a HOTW and get Jindo's hexer if you want +healing. Just don't be morons and say that EF>TS.

For the record I do have a shaman, and with that shaman have extensive end game experience. The reason I posted what I did is because I know what I am talking about. I have full TS on my shammy and know how good it serves me in PvP. The fact that you can 1.5 sec cast over 3.5k dmg with my chain lightening and instant cast another 3k right after, makes it quite easy even to take out a decked BWL warrior with that sword from AQ40 which I can't spell. So why don't YOU get a shaman and why don't YOU get full TS, test it out and let me know what you think afterwards. Okay? Cool.

I can honestly say, out of the billion times i have done rag, i have only seen these drop twice. I can honestly say it has the crappiest drop rate ever, and @#$% you very much blizzard for all the bull@#$% i went through

Just from my perspective as a warlock, I don't think you should limit any of your raid members. Sure, you may need to boost healing output while in MC and while learning BWL, but after awhile, it's just not necessary to make everything with a heal spell sit there and heal no questions asked. It limits the player and really the entire raid. Seriously, there's a reason that only one of the talent trees is for healing, and it's not just because the others arefor PVP. Personally, I find PVP excruciatingly boring, it's just not my thing, but I love to raid except when that entails me not doing what I want to do. If I have to heal just so I can attempt endgame challenges, why would I roll a class with as awesome DPS possibilities as a Shaman. Especially with the new Elemental tree, being a DPS Shaman is a very promising thing. Even Priests, which is inarguably a healing class, can spec shadow and many guilds have a few specific shadow priest raid spots, so why should a guild forgo 3000 chain lightning crits, and awesome constant dps from dual-wielding shammies? In short, they shouldn't.
At least in BC shammy brothers can get some lovin'

Heh, these are +107 armor, +2 agi, +4 str, +13 spi, +8 sta, +6 arc resist, +11 healing, +14 fire better than kilt of elements, and you sacrifice a whopping 45 mana as a result (if going from kilt of elements). Determining the superior item isn't rocket science here.

And if you can down Ragnaros and get ten storms legs, doing a libram quest for +150 mana should be a joke and more than make up for the loss.

went my 2nd mc and EF chest dropped had to pass it for some other sham.....
but TS droped....i was so happy....luckly didnt had to pass it also...

It's godly, just got them last night, as an elemental shaman i like it, completes my 3 set bonus for Ten Storms and need now chest of ef for 5 piece bonus.

Grabbed a pair today, and yes they still look like beaststalkers. They most likely will be in my bank for some time, cause I enjoy the 5 set-bonus from Earthfury at the moment
