Warlocks were mages that delved too deeply into the roots of demonic power.
Consumed by a lust for dark knowledge, they've tapped into chaotic magics from beyond the world.
The Burning Legion now feeds them their powers, allowing them to channel destructive energies and call upon the powerful emissaries of their demon masters.

Warlock is a Ranged DPS "pure" class.

Warlocks are masters of Demonic and (Demonic) Fire Magics.
Warlocks can summon one of several types of Demon companions to help them in battle.
Warlocks can Curse their enemies, Drain Mana, Drain Soul, and Drain Life from their enemies, and Funnel Health to their Demonic companions.

Warlocks can temporarily Enslave Demons, Banish Demons and Elementals, and cause their enemies to run Fear for a short time.
Warlocks can Drain their enemies' souls, and use those souls to create Soulstones and Healthstones, summon demons, or perform a 召喚儀式 for their allies.

Weapon Proficiency and Weapon Skill:
Weapon Training eventually allows Warlocks to have the following types of weapon proficiency:

Ranged魔杖

Warlocks are also capable of wielding held-in-offhand items with their 1h weapons.

Weapon Skill is a measure of you capability with and knowledge of how to use a certain type of weapon, and your weapon skill with a weapon type increases the more you use that weapon type.
Generally, casters like Warlocks need only concern themselves with their Wand weapon skill.
Higher Weapon Skill means a higher chance to hit with that Weapon Type.
You can find your Weapon Skills listed with your other Skills (e.g. professions) by hitting the (default) Keybinding K.

Gear:

布甲 - the only equippable option for Warlocks.

Wands, Wanding, and OOM:

魔杖 are a ranged weapon usable by 法師, 牧師, and 術士.
射擊, the wand's attack ability, allows the player to attack, without using mana. This is especially valuable when your mana is exhausted and you're trying to finish off a mob's health bar.

The following quests can be picked up from 鐵匠維爾海姆 at the Light's Hope Chapel in the 東瘟疫之地 by completing 歐瑪利安之手冊 which you get from 工匠大師歐瑪利安.
He's trapped in a cage in the first room of trash in the Deathknight Wing inside 納克薩瑪斯.
You will be able to choose from a total of 13 different patterns depending on your professions: 裁縫 (4), 製皮 (6) or 鍛造 (3).
