Ambush sucks? R u kidding me - it's a dagger rogues best move. Even if you can eat people (which is pretty messed up) you can't say rogues or ambush sucks!

this is not the best move a rogue has...cheap shot is imo more useful. However, this is, by far, the most satisfying move you can make in WoW. sure, I've seen mages crit with frostbolt for over 5k, but it doesn't have the pimp factor that ambush does...you know what i'm talking about. There is nothing quite like two-shotting a mage with an ambush-backstab crit combo. Max damage from crit ambush + backstab: 3417 ambush crit and 1469 backstab, aka a very dead mage.(And, if you're seal fate specced, a gouge + CB evis will finish them off for damn sure.) Use this on mages, rogues if you think they'll die from it, any class low on life, and priests if you can two-shot them. Ambush FTW.

I am not so sure about the max ambush crit, I have a freind who had a crit between 4k and 5k.

my friend said that he 1-shotted a warrior(lvl 60) with a 6k+ ambush crit. Now, how the hell thats possible i dont know, but he was spec'd and decked out. knowing him, he was probly smoking weed and confused the numbers, but oh well.

me personally i can hit almost 1k crit ambush without widowmaker (lvl 42 rogue)but im spec'd and i have strength enchants on my bracers. im trying to get my enchant up to 300 so i can get +15 strength to my off hand and crusdader to my main hand, but for now i jut have +3 damage to both. im also dagger spec'd and have preparation, so i can easily do a ambush=>vanish=>ambush=>preparation=> vanish=>ambush then i have 3+ CPs and i KS and backstab the crap outta them. but if im out-numbered i just use evasion and /dance.

One vs one rogue vs shaman a rogue would win definately, Shamans only real attack is frostshock, all it takes to really screw em over is some crippling poison to proc off, ambush, backstab, wait for the energy to go back up, then gouge, and kick when necessary

Shamans, hunters, and moonfire druids all the same, hit and run, hehe not good when the run is subtracted, in melee rogue will do them in MUAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA

Well its not that hard realy. Start with Sap and KILL the succubus. You MUST do this. After that try and dps the warlock a bit , before he Deathcoils. It will be deathcoil ALWAYS. After that he will start to cast fear during deathcoil, so have your pvp trinket out. Pop it as soon as he does that, and sprint up to him and kick his next fear. After that its all over pretty much a dps race. Thank you.
