This is the ALLIANCE version for the 2nd part of one of the quests inside Gnomeregan, rewarding Сверкающее золотое кольцо Талваша at the end.

First, you need to get the Покрытое грязью кольцо, which is a quest item droped by Dark Iron Dwarves inside Gnomeregan (Посол из клана Черного Железа, Посланник из клана Черного Железа)

Right clicking it begins Покрытое грязью кольцо, that requires you to clean the ring using Чистер 5200, located at the Safe Zone of Gnomeregan where the Friendly NPCs can be found.
After cleaning, the machine will give you a small box neatly wrapped with a red bow, containing Сверкающее золотое кольцо for next quest.

After, you'll be lead to your capital city:
(Horde), Orgrimmar to speak with Ногг
(Alliance), Ironforge to speak with Талваш де Киссель

Both NPCs has their own faction version of the same quest, requiring 1x Серебряный слиток + 1x Моховой агат and Сверкающее золотое кольцо

Описание

[Opening the box produced by the Sparklematic 5200 reveals what you had suspected - a shiny ring! Wearing the ring, you feel magic power surge through you body.

Inside the band is a small but nonetheless discernable imprint of the seal of Ironforge. Next to that, three small initials are engraved: "TdK". This may signify either the initials of the previous owner, or perhaps the initials of the ring's crafter. Keep the ring... or return it to this person. Decisions, decisions...]
