Yall need to "cook" faster or with some more transparency because at this point I doubt blizzard has even started working on classic plus.

The amount of copium is insane. I dont think theres even one person whos dedicated to the classic team. I think any work that gets done is from other teams who get a few hours here and there.

So next Season of Discovery is based on mop? Or what's the hint to take away here?

Comment by zero823

based on the plus signs in the picture
it's hinting at
Classic+++++++

Turtle Wow just officially shut down after reaching an "agreement" could be to come work on official Classic WoW.

Comment by Sageathor

Of course they are developing Classic+

They didn't shut down, they just stopped development of the Unreal Azeroth project.

Do you have any sources for that? There's nothing on their website or Reddit.

They just announced the cancellation of the port of Turtle WoW to UE5 (which doesn't mean the project has been shut down, as it was an external team that TTwow had partnered with).

Baby, do you actually believe that is remotely likely?

Comment by Lomkail

I would say even the recent Turtle WoW News are a bigger hint for something new than this here

Didn't they already cook long term future of WoW over the past 20 years? What's the point of developing 2 whole separate mmo's? If it's something like SoD fine but if they are actually putting real work into Classic that's pointless, just put more content into retail which is the main thing that makes you money.

I despise the WoW media sphere so much. This is considered newsworthy? It's like a certain part of the WoW community open their mouth with glee whenever Blizzard decides to spit out whatever was in their mouth and decided to aim our way

It's an issue of self respect at this point. And yes, I'm looking at you too Wowhead staff

If it's just another over the top SOD or titanforged style WoW and nothing about the true nature of classic+ then it's just another flop, if it even happens, the copium is real and blizz doesn't have the designers to do a proper classic+ that builds on what it was in 2004-2006(##RESPBREAK##)0##DELIM##PopularTopular##DELIM##Self-promotion is not permitted.

Different strokes for different blokes. Classic still makes them money. Just because it's making less than what retail makes them doesn't mean it isn't worth investing in. Their other franchises, likely, make less money and yet they invest in them.

What are we crying about today, WoW community?

Yet you keep coming here instead of doing something more worth your time. Awkward.

Sorry to spoil your fun. It's new QoL features. Don't ask how I know.

What QoL?

What's so awkward about it? I got baited in by something promising (Classic+), only to be served wet crumbs. I shouldn't be surprised, but I don't see anything inconsistent by me getting annoyed by the people involved in the pipeline of this media?
