I dont have the WoW head addon, but this item also can be pickpocketed from Morgan the Collector in Elywnn Forest

For human rogue Cutty is located at waypoints 50, 52 in Elwynn Forest. For those without coordinates he just outside of the human starting zone standing directly beside the wall, just past the river and right before the large hill at the end of the wall. He is partially invisible so don't expect to just spot him from afar.

You will first need to pickpocket Cutty's Note from Garrick Padfoot. Once you hand this in to Cutty he will give you the Rune of Mutilation which you can then right click to learn.

Once you have learned it open your equipment page & right above your glove slot you will see the new rune category. Click this and you can apply the Mutilate rune to your gloves which binds the item to you. This gives you access to the ability while you have the gloves equipped which you can add to your hotbar. However, Mutilate requires daggers so if you are going to be a combat swords build you are better off with getting Shadowstrike which is also available in the starting zone.

These pickpocket rates have to be near 100% because I got this and the Top-Right Map Piece first try and those are the only two I've attempted. I will come back with further information once I gain more.

Update 1: I have now gotten the Bottom-Right Map Piece first try!

I can't believe no one has mentioned this: Cutty and Ba'so Note from Ba'so are both contacts for Garret in the old school stealth game Thief. Super cool easter egg!
