1. Acquire an Explorer's Soul by defeating a mob while channeling Drain Soul.
-Explorer's Soul will teach spell Explorer Imp

2. Find a Fel Portal (known as Fel Rift, Fel Crack, Fel Sliver, Fel Tear, or Fel Scar depending on the level range)
-Summon Explorer Imp while standing near Fel Portal and right click to receive a dialogue option to send the Imp in to the portal.
-You will receive a buff called "Imp on a Mission" which will prevent you from summoning the imp again for a few minutes while he explores.

3. After 10-20 minutes the Buff will dissappear and the imp will reappear next to you, or you can resummon him.
-Speak to imp to receive rewards.

This is speculation on my part:
Since each type of Fel portal (and its name) is dependent on the zone's leveling range, I believe this Fel Portal (, the highest type of Fel Portal) will be located in Felwood and Burning Steppes since those are highest level zones that are still within level 50 and has Demon NPCs in it.

is the second highest Fel Portal and it can be found in Feralas(lvl 40-50), Azshara(lvl 45-55), and Blasted lands(lvl 45-55).

Felwood's zone starts at lvl 48 (which is 3 levels higher than the start of the Fel Tear zones) and ends at lvl 55.
Burning Steppes's zone starts at lvl 50 (which is 5 levels higher than the start of the Fel Tear zones) and ends at lvl 59.
