I just wanted to comment to say this does exist, I made it about a week ago. I didn't know how rare it was at the time, I got it after about 5 scrolls from the auction house (sorry) when I was going for scrolls of liminal passage. I was maybe level 28 or so at the time, so I can confidently say there's no kind of hidden prerequisite. I hadn't yet gotten a hypnotic blade so I just banked it until I had one.

Stat-wise i wouldn't recommend to hunt this sword, but it for sure looks cool! The drop-rate of it seems also very awful, some people reportedly (on theyre own count, no confirmation) seem to have opened over thousand scrolls. I easily opened over 500x Scrolls in Season of Discovery Phase-2, mainly hunting and .
