The NPC quest return person can be found in UC, it's on the upper circle where the flight path circle is. It's a female orc. This NPC could also be found in other major cities. This full shipment of Waylaid Supplies: Rough Stone gave me 80 experience, 6 silver, and some 300 durotar reputation
