Can hand it in at Jornah in Orgrimmar. If you don't add Linen Robes the reward will be 1 silver.

Adding the 4 Brown Linen Robes adds a Supply Shipment to your bags, which can then be turned in for 15 silver.
The materials required are:

Bolt of linen cloth, 3 per robe, 12 in total. That is 24 linen cloth raw materials.
1 Coarse Thread per robe. That is 4 in total.
