Drops off of Mutanus the Devourer (last boss of WC)
Used in the quest Wild Wyvern Wrangling (Hunters); Not certain if used for others.
This quest can be picked up outside of the tent in Stonetalon Mountains. Where the spiders and wyverns roam. I'll edit if I figure out the exact coordinates.

How to learn :

1. Obtain Greater Magic Wand
Craft from Enchanting or buy on Auction House
2. Obtain
Drop from the final boss of Wailing Caverns - Mutanus the Devourer
3. Obtain
Drop from Furbolgs in Ashenvale:
Foulweald Shaman
Foulweald Totemic
Thistlefur Shaman
Thistlefur Totemic
4. Use to combine it with Greater Magic Wand and obtain
5. Travel to Stonetalon Mountains at 59.3 X , 62.4 Y
6. Speak to :
Complete the quest by turning gathered items
Immediately start the next quest
7. Follow as he performs a Wyvern tame and rides it around
8. Turn in the completed & learn
You will also receive that will allow you to tame Young Pridewing as a hunter pet.

If you see standing in the forest
it means someone just completed the quest.
Before you start your quest, wait for him
to respawn next to the house at 59.3 X , 62.4 Y

If you started while he's in the forest,
will despawn and won't complete your quest.
If that happens simply abandon and start it again when he respawns.

Appears to be a 100% drop rate no matter how many hunters are in a group. Was in a group with another hunter and it dropped for both of us.

Also, this item will drop even if you're not on the quest. Just thought I'd confirm that.

Im posting this to help anyone that falls into the same trap as me,

This item can drop before you have the quest and i ended up with myn in the bank without realising, after 4 attempts at WC and 1 of those attempts doing it solo i went onto the hunter discord to see if i could find info of why it wasnt dropping and someone said just go check your bank we have had a few people say this, so if its not dropping check your bank
