I've yet to find the spot this can be gathered from in karazhan. The scroll location. Best for mana/crit offhand enchant. Assuming you was able to get a good offhand to begin with.

Still looking for this last enchant. It's being elusive. One note: The other two offhand enchants are Large Brilliant Shards to unlock. So hoping that makes it easier and less mats.

This enchant is learned from an Enchanted Text inside Karazhan Crypts. Encrypted Texts are found throughout the dungeon and can be decyphered by enchanters and mages using enchanting materials or Comprehension Charms respectively. Once the text is decyphered, it becomes a scroll; click on it to learn the recipe.

Locations of texts are randomized with each dungeon ID, but they can usually be found on the ground in hallways and boss rooms. There are usually about three texts per dungeon. Some common locations include on the floor along the corridors from the dungeon entrance to the prison cells and graverobber and along walls in those rooms, on a lamp post next to the red summoning book in Kharon's room, on the ground at the entrance to Harbinger of Sin (Morrowgar), on a ledge in front of the water entrance to Creeping Malison (spider boss), on the ground along the walls connecting the spider room to Kharon's room, on the ground along the walls in the stone patio before Kharon's room, and on the ground in the library above Kharon.

Although the enchanting recipes are in randomized locations, the materials needed to decypher them are fixed by enchant according to the list below. This is helpful to know so you don't waste materials trying to learn enchants you already have.
