You can use this on any level 1, pretty funny, currently testing to what extent.

You can use it on enemy players, the cast goes through but nothing happens and the item disappears.
Tried using it on the combat dummies in the shimmering flats. The cast goes through but gives an error "Invalid target" and the cage stays in your inventory.

1. Travel to 52X 65Y in 荒芜之地

2. Kill Stonevault Troggs & Dustbelcher Ogres until you drop 粗糙的绘画 and use it to obtain the quest
Example:
石窟断骨者
火烟蛮兵

3. Travel to 35X 10Y in 荆棘谷

4. Speak to 赫米特·奈辛瓦里 to turn in and pick up

5. Use the to capture any critter
You can travel to 45X 19Y in 荆棘谷 and pick up 树栖狼蛛 from a tree stump

6. With travel to 25X 62Y in 荒芜之地
Follow the path into the mountain until you encounter a 大型巢穴
Click on the 大型巢穴 to use and summon 嘎里克
Kill 嘎里克 and loot

7. Travel back to 荆棘谷 at 35X 10Y and speak to 赫米特·奈辛瓦里 to finish and receive the 破甲虚弱符文 that will provide you with 破甲虚弱

If you forget a critter and made it to the nest, keep going to Searing Gorge. There are level 1 Fire Beetles in the valley that connects the two zones.

1. Head to Badlands and defeat Dustbelch Ogre until they drop a Primitive Drawing.
-This will allow you to pick up the quest Terror of the Desert Skies

2. Head to Hemet Nesingwary in Stranglethron Vale
-He has a camp North of the main road and South of the river in far North Strangelthron Vale.

3. Capture a critter using the Empty Bait Crate
-You can capture pretty much any critter from any zone.
-Do this before going back to Badlands, as critters are hard to find there.

4. Head back to Badlands and go the the Peaks / Plateaus in Southwest Badlands
-Northeast of Dustbelch Grotto, the nearest mountain structure on the map

5. Climb up between the two peaks and find Large Nest
-Right click nest to make Gharrik (40 non-elite) appear and attack you.

6. Defeat Gharrik and loot Crimsin Trophy Quill.

7. Return to Hemet Nesingwary in STV and give him the Crimson Trophy Quill.
-You will receive Rune of Expose Weakness
