This little thing has great potential.

It's particularly useful for rogues, it's like having another bandage on you. I'm in a common situation where my guild tends to ignore rogues when it comes to healing, leaving us to our own devices to survive. It just sucks to know that there's an AoE incoming, you have the "Recently Bandaged" debuff and you'll still be a few hundred HP off of living.

If you weren't one of the people that just killed all of the Timbermaws to get through to Winterspring and actually gained reputation with them, then this is within reach for you, if not a good enough reason alone to gain the reputation. Just a rogues point of view =^)

It have a 20min cooldown when its used.. so i just have 2 offhands (you can change offhand while in combat), so that i just change it to my 2. when its used.. and when cooldown is finish use again :)..
the healing work just like the druid healing spell. You can run around in 10sec while it heal 100hit points pr sec

Would it be possible to fire off a shadowbolt or two, hit lifetap to replace your mana, use the medicine pouch and swap it out for a spellstone while the healing is taking place?

Does this still share a cool down with healthstones? I'm a warlock, and if it still does it would be completely useless to me to get it. My healthstones heal for 1200 instantly. However, if it does not, it would be very useful.

This item would be decent for a Feral spec Bear-tank Druid in 1.10, since they can now use equipped items while in shapeshift form. This bag, with Ardent Custodian in main hand, would be a lower-cost alternative to the Warden Staff.

But bandages are channeled and this is not. that way this is much better too use in combat than a bandage.

Best used in lengthy difficult fights where your healers are low on mana and definately need to keep tanks alive instead of tending to your little bumps and bruises :)

The beauty of this is you can activate it and continue casting while it heals (also continues healing uninterrupted when taking damage).

You cant do that with bandages ;)

As of patch 1.11 this item no longer shares a cooldown with healthstones! Now us locks have yet another means of healing ourselves.

Well, if it's a "Furbolg" pouch, where are they located to hunt? Can anyone confirm this item exists? I agree that it should be at least epic, if not artifact quality because of bonus. Let's get to hunting this thing guys...we need more info!

This item is in fact bought off Gorn One Eye after HONORED faction. as for the mooncloth recipes, i saw none of them. also Dalamar, do you know if the Furbolg in Azshara, Gatekeeper Ror, gives you a quest when you hit honored? he is too rare of a spawn for me to find so far

im working on my reputation with the fulborgs.. the rep sistem its going to change very soon.. you will get rep only turning the drops and not from killing the BAD fulborgs

This is a *GREAT* item for anyone who PVPs or is thinking about battleground viability.

Yes, it's "like" a druid spell, or a priest spell. But if you're not a druid or a priest what's the problem with having this on you as well?

This item opens up by gaining Friendly faction with the timbermaw furbolgs in Felwood, by killing deadwoods. There are also higher level quests in winterspring that will allow you to raise faction.

It is a slow, tedious process... but this is where a few patterns are gotten (a few Mooncloth items for tailors, for example).

The quest that boosts faction is not worth the time doing. The way to gain faction as quickly as possible is to simply level up, and grind grind grind on whichever you're most comfortable with killing.

The northern bolgs are harder to kill, but give much better loot than the southern ones. You must be on the mob's aggro list to gain faction: you don't get it just by being in a group who killed the mob.

After 13ish hours doing these while they were still difficult, I've gained a level and a half and gotten 1/4th of the way through neutral. Friendly -> honored must be agony!

omg this is bs, honoured? the ONLY thing i ahve grinded on for last 5 lvls is quest and these god damn furbolgs in azshara/winter spring/felwood. like OMG hnoured, im just neutrel!

For low level charachters thinking of grinding it.

I made it to Honored with my lvl 19 and at that level I could both buy it and equip it, however when I tried to use it I got the same "target to low level" response that you get if you try to buff someone with a high lvl buff.

The activation is "spell level 50" so my guess is that until you are lvl 40 the item is simply an offhand with +10 stamina. It is still a good offhand but the grinding isn't close to worth it.

If offhands have no cooldown for switching, why not just switch to this every 20 minutes for a nice HoT?

This goes for any class that uses one-handed weapons.

(Fury Warrior, Paladin, Druid, Shaman, Warlock, Mage, Priest, Hunter...)

I want one..it could come in handy...With that i could so own a 60 war in a duel (51 mage) I duel this lvl 55 troll war in the barrens when i was lvl 50... blink, sheep, pyroblast, frostbolt, fireball, fireblast, frostnova, blink, fireball fireblast, blastwave..... that's my stratagy against wars.. =)

100hp/sec isn't that great. it's a clicked Heal over Time and only 10 seconds (aka 1k hp heal), like a druids regen spell, not a perm 100/hp a sec. It also has a 30 min cooldown.

BiS item for many classes in the lvl 19 twink bracket. Most common way to rep farm is to let lvl 60's kill Furbolg mobs as you're standing nearby as a ghost. You will not get any exp this way, only thing to worry about is the exploring exp on the way to Felwood and Winterspring.

Not 100% sure, but I think the minimum requirement level is lvl 48.
