I obtained this project at 310 arch skill. One question I did not have clarified from the Arch guides was whether or not you could continue getting Arch skill in the 1-300 zones (Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms). I kept getting it past 300 (at least for now), so I'll continue grinding for my 2h sword!

Takes a use or two to get the range down on this, but now instead of dancing on your most recently slain opposing faction members corpse, you can have your posse of four dwarfs do it for you.

Upon use, this item only allows you the user to see the visuals of the dwarf maidens dancing. Other players, even if they're in your party, will not be able to see the dwarves. :(

Party members CAN see this, i'm not sure where non-partied member's can see this, but I assume so.

I summoned it before a boss, everyone had their targets on the boss. When the dance started everyone lost their targets (they tried to click on the Dwarves, but as they are not mobs, it dropped their target) I then asked if they could see it and they said yes.
