I built one for my GM, after an Heroic instance run he reported it was roughly a 1K DPS gain over the 333 item level bow he'd been using (MM spec). Seems like a worthwhile gain.

The material cost for this bow (apart from Chaos Orb) is very high; unless your server is particularly starved for ranged weapons, you'd almost certainly be better off selling the materials separately for 6-7K or more than trying to sell this bow for the same price. YMMV of course.
