https://www.wowhead.com/cata/spell=54428 if used every cooldown and replenishment gives you back 40% of your mana every minute.
40% of 250 is 100. Thats (100/60)*5 mp/5 ie 8,3 mp/5 as compared to 8 from the other enchant.
In addition to this this is also alot cheaper!

As my gear sits now, as a shadow priest with neither Spirit Tap nor Meditation (that is, a PvP spec), I blow through my entire mana bar in 2 minutes of all out DPS vs. heroic training dummy, and that is with Replenishment up all the time. So very close to the time that the regen enchant would be winning out, I'm hitting Disperse or Shadowfiend anyway, which grants mana based on percentage of total mana. As such, this enchant is better for me (on my PvE shadow chestpiece, anyway). That may not be the case later on as my shadow gear improves, but considering how cheap this is, if you can blow your mana bar in 2 minutes, you should pick this up over the regen one.

As of 3.3 (or possibly sooner), this now turns yellow at 370.

People were placing Beta items and drops on websites like this one BEFORE the beta was over.

Result: you get a bunch of stuff that may or may not be in there. Not Blizzard's fault, but they could at least respond on their forums when people inquire about these "limbo" drops...

I'm still hoping for this chant to be in the game. I'm still hoping for my pattern: Heavy Netherweave Net :P

I currently have it on my Chest piece.
This enchantment can now be bought from a Grand Master Enchanter for 5g and requires skill level 350. It increases mana by 250 and requires a level 60 or higher item.

I wouldn't give up on it. Drops are so rare that there is still a chance we'll see it. See drop rates and mob lists, and you'll notice for many BC and Outland recipes they have dropped only once from a particular mob, often in thousands of kills.

I don't see why this has to turn into a gripe about Blizzard - it exists, or did exist, otherwise you wouldn't see it in this or any other database. Are you asking Blizz never to make changes to WoW. even in Beta? Are you asking all these wonderful websites to stop posting anything that might be in question?

This is not Blizzard's responsibility to answer. This was probably put into the Beta, but later removed. Just because someone used WoWReader in beta doesn't make it Blizz's responsibility to say whether or not this exists.

Frankly, I think things like this should probably be removed from Alla, after a determination period to see if it actually exists or not. That's the job of the site admin, however, and not Blizzard, and it is neither our job or responsibility to tell either of them how to manage their website(s) or game.

This enchant has been removed from the game by Blizzard - I am a level 375 enchanter and asked a GM a few days ago why this enchant has disappeared from my list and from my items and he confirmed this but could not confirm when or if it will be put back into the game.
