It's definitely a trash drop - dropped for us tonight. While it might not be perfectly itemized, it is better than a 378 belt until you pick up the valor belt. Plus, I'm not one of the people who completely ignores hit/expertise. With the AP a tank gets from Vengeance, not having some hit/exp just wastes it, imo. Sometimes that extra DPS is all you need to kill a boss.

I'm having a tough time deciding if the gains in Stam, armor and Parry are worth the loses to Mastery and Dodge. I'm about 93% CTC capped. Any advice would be appreciated.
