Highest +dmg socketed blue shoulders, worth getting, especially if you PVP; The stats are great.

I have them equipped and I'm a mage, no warlock was present when they dropped so I was more than happy to take them. Way better than incanter's IMO, and since I don't care about the set bonuses, it works for me.

These are probably the highest non-tailoring +dmg shoulders pre-SSC. Slap on 2 https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=24030 and you get 47 +dmg.

If you don't care for set bonuses, these are definitely worth your time.

As a shadow priest, these combined with 2 runed living ruby (+9 spelldmg) is absolutely awesome damage and quite alright stats too. Surely gonna keep them until I get my frozen shadoweave shoulders.

I really hate to say this, and I do apologise, but these are also excellent healing spaulders for a Druid. Superior infact to the Moonglade option (which have yet to drop for me anyway).

Ultimately, for the loss of a tiny bit of spirit, and STR/AGI that I have no interest in at all, I get a lot more stamina, which helps if I pull aggro, and again boosts my health when shifting to bear form for emegencys.

Ultimately, sockets make items amazingly customisable, I currently have 2x +18 healing gems in my Spaulders.

I got revered with Lower City trying to get these just running SL over and over. I never saw them drop once.

killed him, maybe 6 or 7 times, and he has dropped oblivion 4 times and i have never seen the spaulders yet

Couldve got them on the first run but some @#$%^&* priest thought he could use them more for shadowform. Guess ill start needing on healing @#$% for when i drain life.

I got these from Murmur in a non-heroic run, so despite what wowhead says, you can get these on a non-heroic run as well.
