Does anyone know whether or not the current status of this item on the midsummer supplier is bugged or not? Currently, the supplier sells stacks of 5 of every food but the midsummer sausage. Will this issue be addressed or is it currently unknown?

These things are ridiculous at low levels.
I bought some for my lvl 10 shaman and I'm getting 78% spell haste!
Not to mention the 101,4% melee haste...

I just got this and duration says 14 days. think that means when u get it it will disappear or get unuseful if u don't use it within the first 14 days.

Just got these, thought they'd be helpful in runs to come. Then I noticed that they'd expire in 6hrs >_<

This stacks with greater arcane elixir and elixir of shadow power
Can't say yet for flask but it should stack

The duration for 仲夏香腸 is 14 days, which means they will last for 336 online hours. Make sure to not waste them on anything else than 暗月馬戲團 speedruns along with 賽吉的傷害黑暗籤詩.

This stacks with everything you want to use such as bufffoud, elixier or flask.

The duration is also 14days, and will go down while in bank/offline.

This only increases spell damage, not healing.
