This dropped for me on my first run of Molten Core with my level 85 Death Knight.
If you try to equip this on a player that is not a priest you will get a text and audio message:

The text says: ..... You can never use that item.
The audio says: ... I will never be able to equip that.

I like how blizzard doesn't leave you hoping that maybe one day you can wear it,
if they had said "you can't equip that item" I might have held out hope but "never".

"But it is so cool looking. I want to wear cloth =(" says the tauren DK as he sells this epic
item to a street vendor for 2g 6s 16c.

i just noticed a graphic bug on these ^^ those 2 thingies at the sides that are hanging down - try rotating the camera so that you see them from behind. _TRY_! (you can't cuz they move with the camera ^^ looks especially funny if you look at it directly from the top)

Yeah these are barely an upgrade from Devout. But I'm shooting for full Prophecy, not like I have much of a choice. If you want realllllly good priest shoulders, get the ZG set shoulders, awesome stats and +22 heals, very pimp, although hideous. These are better for a PvE or a PvP Shadow Priest though, 'cause that's +9 dmg/heal rather than +22heal.
