I wonder if this will work with the new blood craze. Would give prot warriors some self-healing.

I feel this talent should belong more to the fury tree. As a tier 1 talent it is definitely useful for Prot and PvP alike. But really it provides more leveling benefits when coupled with bloodthirst. The arms tree doesn't have early access to self-healing abilities early on, so this talent is rendered useless for any warrior starting in arms.
I think this ability should be swapped with battle trance, so providing some utility for starting fury warriors, while at the same time not really altering its usage as a sub-spec for fully specced tanks or pvp'ers

In terms of flavor, a bit chunk of warrior abilities that grant healing are in the fury tree (i.e. bloodthirst, blood craze), and the talent could be renamed to fit better the barbaric scheme of fury.

A Fury Warrior could care less about his or her healing.

Wow isn't just end game raiding, and I clearly refered in my post the leveling utility of this talent. In terms of raiding this talent is equally undervalued for fury and arms alike. However, I am talking about leveling. My point is that as an entry fury warrior who just acquired bloodthirst at lvl 10 and who might mainly solo the next 75 levels, healing is extremely important for reduction of downtime. Arms doesn't have access to such self-heals for most of the leveling time, and second wind is too situational to be useful. Therefore, this talent is almost a complete waste for any new warrior and will be probably ignored. Instead, if it was open to fury warriors, it will become an extremely tempting talent for young warriors, hence providing the possibility of choice that blizzard wants.

gives them 10% chance to regenerate 10% health with blood craze

demonic against rogues

then again slightly worse against a paladin or something with a slow an powerful attack

still though a lucky warrior could solo alot of dungs/raid bosses with this talent and some souls/pots.
