For this quest to become available you need to first complete the quest chain that begins with
Необычные ароматы/Дышать нечем!.

On a few of my characters (I think the ones who completed it in previous years) the quests weren't available.
This is due to the beginning parts of the chain not resetting for whatever reason...
So you should be able to pick upПо горячим следам from Рока and continue on from there for your 5 daily Знак любвиs. Woop! :3

If you are unable to pick up this daily, pick up the quest По горячим следам from Roka, she is located in hut underneath the cooking daily in Org.

In order to unlock this daily, you must first complete the following quest chain:

This daily has several incarnations - one for each level range listed below. It involves killing 5 mobs and using the bomb you are given to blow up a wagon. The location where you complete the quest varies with level. The types of mobs you are sent to kill, as well as the locations of the quests are listed below.
The quest is obtained from Детектив Крямс Гвоздезуб in Orgrimmar (outside Grommash Hold) or Инспектор Кромс Гвоздезуб in Stormwind (outside the bank in Trade District), depending on your faction.
Completing ANY of the below quests for the first time will grant you the achievement Опасная любовь.

As this quest is from lvl 81, couldn't they have thought of the fact that Uldum is inaccesible for fresh lvl81 characters?
