Ok, apparently when you start Fiona's caravan, she makes 2 stops. Each stop opens a small quest hub. When you complete the hub, Fiona pops a new quest and you move to the next stop with the caravan. After 2nd hub is done, you get some quests in Light's Hope Chapel that open up the 2 quests from Lord George

This quest does in fact give 2000 reputation to Argent Dawn.

This quest is very easy for a level 80 warlock. When you come into the instance, drop a Demonic Circle by the quest givers. Stand close to the wall and jump down so you don't aggro, proceed to run up the stair and open the gate, turn left to the hatchling room, go to the far end of the room and down the stairs to kill Rattlegore. After it is dead, run back the way you came and teleport back up to your Demonic Circle on to the top and exit out.

This is so easy as an warlock,

As soon as you enter , just put down ur teleport and jump off the bridge, run down and kill rattlegore, run up a few meters and jsut teleport to the entrance ^^

When I picked up this quest, I immediately queued up for Scholomance dungeon. After the dungeon was done I went back to George and turned it in. For some reason it is allowing me to accept the quest again and do it again. I have not yet completed Annals of the Silver Hand so I'm thinking that might have something to do with it. Anyone else having this?

Guide to getting to Rattlegore as a non-Warlock:

Enter Instance.
Walk forward, kill two mobs guarding the Iron Gate.
Open gate, go left and down the set of stairs on the wooden staircase, open the Iron Gate.
Go down the flight of stairs, you should be in a room with two large purple rugs on the ground. Walk through this room, and open the Iron Gate.
You should now be in a room with large green rugs, similar to the purple ones in the room before.
Walk through this room, as well as the next one, which has many birds in it.
At the end of the bird-filled room, go down the two flights of stairs, and Rattlegore is right there in front of you.

It's recommended to go through all of this without aggro'ing anything since certain mobs cast Frostbolts, which upon hitting you will slow you.

Any level 80 will be able to solo this regardless of gear.

You will not be able to get this quest (or the other one) if you are max exalted with the Argent Dawn. If you really want to, check "At War" on the reputation tab and kill a vendor to get them.

Just letting everyone know... I'm a level 61 Warlock... and I made it to rattlegore no problem. It's all about how you pull and attack. Take it little by little and you won't have a problem. (Don't have your minion on aggressive).

To get the repeatable Argent Dawn quests:
To be able to do the quests and you must first complete the following quests that are initiated by Fiona who is standing at the bridge that connects the Eastern Plaguelands and Western Plaguelands.

Tarenar Sunstrike -> What I Do Best -> A Gift For Fiona
Gidwin Goldbraids -> Just Encased -> Greasing the Wheel

Once these two chains are completed, you can do Onward, to Light's Hope Chapel which will take you to 'Crown Guard Tower'. Once there you must complete Traveling Companions (he's at the top of the tower) and then complete his quest (Rough Roads) before being able to continue on to the next tower via the quest The Trek Continues. Once there, you can pick up the quest Boys Will Be Boys from Fiona. Go to 'Light's Hope Chapel' and complete the following quest line:

A Boyhood Dream -> Argent Call: The Trial of the Crypt

After completing the latter of these two quests, you will be set to revered (+0 reputation if you're already over 0/21000 revered) and Lord Raymond George will appear at the back of the chapel and will provide you with the two repeatable quests that give 2,000 Argent Dawn reputation per hand-in.

Best Grinding Method:
I have just got to exalted on my protection paladin and found something interesting (I was level 85 and used a flying mount to get around):

When doing both quests it took me just over 12 minutes to do, starting from standing in front of Lord Raymond George (the quest giver) and ending in front of him. However, if I only did , it took me around 5 minutes 30 seconds to complete meaning it's actually quicker to spam Rattlegore kills than to try doing both.

The best way to complete is once you've got to Scholomance, jump down from the 'bridge' and stay as close to the wall as you can (there's a little ledge in the pit below which you'll land on and it will greatly reduce the chance of pulling anything). Then run up the steps and over to the room with whelplings in; once in this room, jump down the hole on your left and then run over and kill Rattlegore. After that there's only really one way back to the entrance. It shaves off about 30 seconds or so taking this route to Rattlegore.

As a Human in a level 12 guild (Racial Diplomacy, and Mr. Popularity lvl 2) I get 2400 rep per turn in. Which means from revered it takes about 8 runs to get to exalted. Pretty quick compared to Pre-Cata.

i dont know if you can say this is quicker, it takes a while to get out of scholomance, then leave wpl, then reach epl, i mean- ugh.

^^ This was awesome advice. Just wanted to add that you should jump off the right side of the bridge (seemed less mobs on that side to me) as soon as you enter the instance, then the stairs you want are right next to you.

Also, I set my hearth to Light's Hope Chapel, this made the run down under 5 minutes. Then being a shaman I had astral recall as well basically meaning that 2 out of 3 runs I was able to hearth instead of flying back. Made it really quick to complete :-D

Well yeah, flying takes a bit...
But you can also look at it this way, you're FLYING, and it's 2200+ rep per turn in of a repeatable easy quest..

I agree, this is the easiest way to do this. Also as a DK after you kill Rattlegore, just Death Gate to The Ebon Hold and then fly down to Lights Hope Chapel, cutting down the time by a lot.

As a DK with Death Gate this quest takes less than 4 minutes from accepting it to turning it in.

This quest is providing 2.000 reputation, and not only 1.000 (without any guild perks or human racial).

If you're a level 85 with flying mount and Hasty Hearth, you can set your hearthstone at Light's Hope and do this quest alongside with Annals of the Silver Hand in Stratholme. Just heart back when you complete the second quest and repeat the process. DK's can also use Death Gate.

Hint: You can start going to Scholomance and killing Rattlegore. Zone out and reset the instance. Then read to Stratholme and get the Annals of the Silver Hands and hearth to complete the quests. Do not reset the instances. Instead, grab the quests again and head to Scholomance, later Stratholme. Doing this will avoid you to kill trash again in Stratholme, since you just need to loot the book, no killing involved. Of course, after the second time, you'll need to reset again and will need to kill trashes in the 3rd visit.

It took me 5 minutes and 46 seconds.

I was a hunter with Преодоление звукового барьера.

I had already cleared Stratholme, which means that I just ran to the book without fighting whatsoever.

I did not use a hearth stone to get the Light's Hope Chapel. I flew there from Stratholme.

Started stopwatch from when I accepted quest, to when I turned it in.

I used Дух стаи (30% speed boost).

It took me 5 minutes and 15 seconds.

I was a hunter with Преодоление звукового барьера.

I started Scholomance with all mobs present.

I accepted this quest today, then went and killed Rattlegore only to find out that the quest had left my quest log at some point between Lord Raymond George and Scholomance. So I didn't get any credit.
