Esta chain leva você até Planalto do Crepúsculo e abre permantemente o portal de Orgrimmar até lá.
Tem que fazer completa, inclusive algumas quests são em Azshara, é assim mesmo.

When you head to Azshara, do all the quests that Warlord Krogg and Captain Krazz ask you to do.

Finishing these will have you end up in Twilight Highlands to continue on opening up the zone for quests.

I made the mistake of dropping them thinking they wanted me to do Azshara zone.

It isn't.

Hope this helps keep someone else from doing what I did and having to back-track my steps.

Be aware, if you change factions after earning the cataclysm portals they will make you earn some of them again.
I lost my portal to Vashj'ir and Twighlight Highlands when I switched.
They tell me that it is because the quest chain is faction specific. Which should logically mean that I would lose anything I earned via a faction specific quest. Not so, they converted my Venomhide mount into a Winterspring Frostsaber.

well I don't seem to see any way to get this chain quest :'( ! I think this quest some month ago and abandoned it, because I seen no benefit in it, but now I want to go there and I can't find the quest to get there ! The board does't give me the quest and I can't seem to find where I was in the chain quest, I visited every questgiver mentioned and no one give me quest ! Warlord krogg and captain krazz don't give me anything, what should I do to get to twilight highlands quest ?

I also have the same problem. I went to Garrosh but he didnt have the quest for me. I know I abandoned it a while ago.... :(

Also, I dont have/cant get the War Command board quest either.

i cant remember how to find the names of all the quests in this quest line. someone had a link somewhere but i forgot to save it. its confusing cause the orgrimmar chief is giving multiple quests

Look at quest chain on the right-side of these posts (near screen-shot) for chain progress. I dropped at weapons of war (org back gate to Azshara) and forgot to look in that area for that quest...happy hunting

I lost my place in this chain. I dropped the quest at Orgrimmar back gate (that goes into Azshara), Foreman Gibbs gives you this quest.

Just a quick question. How can you tell if you have already done these quests? Will the portals already be opened for you if you have? They are both available for me currently.

I ask because I was unable to play for over a year and I believe I did these quests and then once I got to TH, I left the zone.

Any help would be appreciated. TYVM.
