Seeing as how the Alliance were posting on the HORDE quest, I thought I would let you all know that the undead one is also the same as the orc one. 2-4-2 which seems to work as an orc costume.

3-2-1 worked for me as a Blood Elf. Keep in mind that after choosing a combination you'll need to talk to Thelaron Direneedle next to the table again.

I just did it, as male nelf mage, I used 3 hide, 2 mud and 1 spool.

To create a costume for an Undead or an Or:

Click on the table
Click the text bubble "Investigate the hides."
Select "Take two hides."
Select "Take four handfuls of mud."
Select "Take two spools of thread."

Deliver supplies to Thelaron Direneedle and he'll make the costume.

No matter which quantity you start with first, just listen to the directions from the npc and adjust accordingly.
For example,

(hide-mud-thread)
4-4-4 way too much hide ...
3-4-4 way too much hide ...
2-4-4 looks good, too much thread ...
2-4-3 looks good, too much thread ...
2-4-2 perfect (be an orc)

or,

1-1-1 not enough hide ...
2-1-1 need more mud ...
2-2-1 need more mud ...
2-3-1 need more mud ...
2-4-1 got proper amounts of mud and hide, not enough thread to hold it together ...
2-4-2 perfect (be an orc)

Pick the mask based on your race from all the comments. For example,

I am an orc, and 2-4-2 is the orc mask.
