I found the Silver Covenant Agent, but he is friendly and cant be killed! I'm not sure how I reduce rep with The Silver Covenant.

I just wasted like 20 minuts tryin to kill the ALLIANCE npc for this quest, the Horde nps is on the other side, in the south west side of the sewers. Just a heads up!

So I have been killing the Sunreaver Agent in the Black Market under Dalaran for an hour.. nothing is dropping off him/her every time I kill. I Saw your post Ljimn and I don't know for sure if there are 2 separate npc's for the quest. But if there is I can't find it to save my life. So I have posted a ticket and will let you guys know whats going on in a while.

EDIT: I abandoned the quest and tried it again and I ended up getting the Orders the first kill after accepting the quest for the 2nd time.

The alliance NPC "Sunreaver Agent" is located in the northern part of the sewers, in the little grove with the shark in it, standing in front of Darahir.

The Sunreaver Agent that drops the required quest item: Sunreaver Orders
is in the Black Market in the Sewers of Dalaran.
Location: 64,15
If U run in the Black Market, he is on the right.
He is attackable and U have to kill it in order to obtain the Sunreaver Orders.

I had some problems finding this guy so im gonna try to help out here, if you enter from the northeast entrance to the sewers in Dalaran and go down the "path" or "stairs" or what you call it and get down to the sewers you get to the arenas to the left but instead go right into a room with poison vendors and such. On the right side there is a hostile npc, aka its name in red. Hope this helped!

This quest did give me a problem as I ran around forever, so it seemed, to try and find this NPC. I don't go down there, only to exchange emblems, so knowing where "Thw Black Market" was, wasn't easy for me to find. After I was continuing to search for this NPC, I simply talked to one of the "411 on where things are located" mobs, (Such as the guards in cities you talk to when you need to fund a trainer for example), and selected "Goods", in hopes of finding it. Now my minimap wasn't large enough to show the location of these from where I was standing, so I thought it was directing me outside. So not paying any attention to where it was directing me to, I continued on, and listening to those who said it was "Southwest", (Which was a false location). I got myself far enough northeast on the map to see the red flag, indicating the location of the goods. When I had seen this path in the Underbelly (sewers) I knew right from there that this is the location. Indeed it was, standing directly right, and attackable. Things that may help:

~ Head down into the Sewers
~ Get over to the right pathway
~ Look on the right side of the pathway for an opening to another path, aimed Northeast on your map
~ After fallowing the path to the end, turn right at that opening

*If you are having problems finding it, ask the information NPC's (One is a Blood Elf, other is a Gnome, and they are right next to eachother talking to one another) and ask to find "Goods". This will direct you to "The Black Market".

*In no way is this located Southwest, so don't head that way, because you will not get anywhere with the quest line.

I very much disliked this quest, having my character get involved the the petty feud between the Reavers and the Covenant just left a bad taste in my mouth. To ruthless kill someone just for a little information.

Ugh.

[One of my contacts in the Underbelly caught sight of a Sunreaver agent buying reagents from a dealer in the Black Market area. The Sunreavers normally aren't known for their interest in what goes on down in the sewers, so that's a big indication that they're planning something.

Head into the Underbelly, find this Sunreaver agent, and take care of him. Search the body for any information that might give us a lead on the location of that tome from Wyrmrest. We can't let them get it back to Icecrown first.]
