Use the orb right where you get the quest, it reveals another cave like the "Smuggler's Hole" at Gnaws Boneyard (No coords, mods not enabled yet in beta)

It can bug if you use the orb while mounted, just relog and use it again to have the vision and complete the quest.

If you find the orb in your bag or realize you did nothing with the quest yet, as I did, and realize you have no idea where to use the orb... you will need to return to the place where you got your abyssal seahorse mount and use it there (47,46)

in Kelp'thar forest.
Use the orb right where you got it (46,46). It shows you a cave... the entrance is at (60,64) but don't go there yet... you cannot complete it until you do the vision portion.

in Shimmering Expanse is the first quest of that area. Click on it to see the next set of quests required to move onto Abyssal Depths.

In order to get you must complete before accepting.
and are NOT needed to take and followups, however that would make you unable to get.
Lady La-La's Necklace have 0% drop chance before done and 100% after, however anyone can share you this quest as long as you are 80+lvl.
Anyone can take and do it's followups as long as they are 80+lvl. Quests above are NOT needed for it.

Around this time, kill Gilblin Collectors and hope
Lady La-La's necklace drops for Lady La-La's Medallion. There are conflicting reports of what quests are needed for the item to drop.
This is also a good time to kill Gilblingle for waterlogged journal which starts Blackfin's Booty.
