Kill and pick up . Right click the entrails and a will spawn, the Items you need will drop off of them.

After i rescued Samir i went straight to Carnt start a fire without a spark quest, and never got this atall. Whats up with that, and anyone know if i can still get it?

If you're a clothie who was hoping to do this quest for the chest-slot upgrade, which without this quest has no upgrades in Kelp'thar Forest, you can instead do a quick detour to Mount Hyjal. The moment you arrive (literally -- you don't even need to turn in the intro quest that brings you there first), you can do , which rewards a robe, then return to your watery questing here.

Maybe I've missed something but I haven't been offered this quest for any of 6 alts that have been through this area. After finding Mack and Samir, they go to the cave and I get offered the follow up " can't start a fire" without the option of doing this one. It's a bit annoying as my warrior and DK were looking forward to replacements for their heirloom shoulders - possibly the quest has been removed. I have noticed a similar comment/ question in the comments section for the follow up quest.

If you don't want to swim up to them, I bet you could lure one down to you with some entrails...]
