I have done this quest 4 times now.. And I have gone all the way out of the game and in again. I still cant turn in the quest after I have completed it.. WHY?

I'm having the exact same issue - accept the quest, jump into the shredder, hit '1' repeatedly, it says I've completed it, but I can't turn it in.

Edit - one of my addons (carbonite or dominoes I'm guessing) monkeyed with the quest tracker layout - once I disabled addons, I got this: http://imgur.com/v0oKO.jpg

... click the button to turn in the quest.

I can confirm this worked for me. I use Dominos as well but it was simpler to just log out and disable all then log back in. I wonder why that quest does that. Seems strange that Blizzard would suddenly alter a quest to add that extra button to turn in.

I'm using Bartender4 and can't see the button to use the 'footbomb'..just my regular bars

The GM said it was a known problem and they would fix it soon :-)
Just disable all addons for now ;-)

It works for me :-D
