First head to Grimbooze Thunderbrew, located at Nesingwary's Base Campm and ask for the Ale.
Then you right click either the Berry or the Ale, and you'll receive a potion, which you can use once you're in the Kartak's Hold, located in the south-west, in the area around The Mosslight Pillar.

Deliever the quest in the Frenzyheart's camp, just west of The Mosslight Pillar.

Aight so before anything I'll make this clear because I think people just fail to see the point of wowhead thottbot or any other *!@#ing website like it, ok.

People such as me who don't read the quest and that quest helper don't say what to do , they don't give a ^&*! how amazing the quest is or who or what or bla bla bla NO, they just DON'T.

Actually had to read the whole quest and realized that you must make the item but no where is it being said THATS ITS IN YOUR INVENTORY plus I took i had to loot berries NO, i had to killl mobs now thanks again eh.

You wonder how retarded I must be to bitch because I had to read the quest? if i would take so much time for all quests like i did for this one I would probably still be enjoying burning crusade, thanks to quest helper saving me that for the most part.

oh and for your OWN interest dont go in the camp go further about 30,80 WHICH IS WHERE KARTAK IS, kill them in their camp not where the friendly npc are.

I decided that from now on ill read all your *!@#y and posts and reform in into one that tell you which you come here for.

A word of caution. The Secret Strength of the Frenzyheart will disappear from your inventory if you leave the zone before turning in the quest.

When a ticket was submitted, the GM stated they could not reimburse the item because it was designed this way. There is nothing in the quest dialogue to suggest that you cannot leave the zone before turning in the quest.

It is possible to get another Thunderbrew's Hard Ale, but it is not possible to get another Wolvar Berries, leaving you no option but to abandon the quest and start again. I hope in the future Blizzard changes this.

Did this quest remind anyone else of the Gummi Bears cartoon? They also had a secret drink made from berries that granted super strength.

Having a problem: I got the potion thing, and started killing the gorlocs. but I had to log, and when I got back I finished killing the gorlocs but somehow didn't have the potion part of the quest done. Dropped quest, couldn't pick it back up. Reloaded my ui, no effect. Anyone else?

Couple of things to add

1) It gives 700 rep not 350 (confirmed in game 1/12)
2) The drink gives a 10 minute buff (with the associated drinking view blur/walking in a wobbly line)
3) The drink seems to have unlimited charges should you not be able to kill 30 mobs with 5k hp in 10 mins
4) The damage it does seems to be a knock back for around 1800 - 2000 dmg - my combat log shows "Farfetch's Strength of the Frenzyheart hits Sparktouched Oracle for 1956 Physical"

I am not sure how much the proc is or what triggers it as I scrolled way back through a lot of kills and only saw it hit twice - that is with a 3 dot rotation on most mobs

I finished the drink this morning, but had to log off before I had time to do the kills. Log on later and it's gone. When you do this quest, be sure to do it in one go, without any detours. If it gets messed up, just abandon and retake it.

As a lock, the additional damage and knockback from this only seemed to proc on wanding and melee, not on any of my spells.

So then to put this all together, drinking Secret Strength of the Frenzyheart will

reduce all damage you take by 50%,
deal an extra 2775 to 3225 physical damage on top of all attacks (subject to mitigation),
knock back all victims of your attacks, and
heavily intoxicate you.

Priests - this does work with Holy Nova. I was going though trying to hit single mobs when I agro'd like 20 of em. I just tried holy nova - in 2 shots of HN, all but 1 were dead. Holy Nova lives again. :) So - shield up - run in and agro a bunch - and HN them.

The drink for this quest, Secret Strength Of The Frenzyheart, disappears if you leave Sholazar Basin. Fortunately, you are able to pick up a replacement from Grimbooze should this happen; no more need to drop and re-start!

Also, note: you do not need to be under the effect of the drink to get your Sparktouched kills. I got credit for the quest without even having created the brew, let alone drunk it. But the brew needs to be turned in with the quest.

Not quite:
Drinking Secret Strength of the Frenzyheart will get you tipsy and give you the buff Strength of the Frenzyheart, which

reduces all damage you take by 50%
on top of direct damage only, from you only:
- deals an extra 2775 to 3225 physical damage (subject to mitigation)
- knocks back about 15 yards
  will not proc from your pet
- will not proc from dot application
- will not proc from dot ticks

fades if you leave the zone.

Like Lisa3Delta indicated above, an affliction warlock likely won't notice any of this. :-/

I can't believe this hasn't been brought up yet.

If you're a class with an AoE, while you have the buff from this quest, you're at the best Darkwater Clam farming spot in the game. I got 20 Clams in five minutes. Once you finish the quest, you can stay and continue AoE farming these little guys who just happen to respawn in maybe 30 seconds. Just mount up, round up 20 of them, and any level 80 AoE will kill them all in one hit.

Yum, Dalaran Clam Chowder...

I heard that the rotation on these quests could be time-based. I seemed to get Tools of War when i get home from school (about 3:30)

and at 6:30am i was able to pick up Kartak's Rampage. Would anyone happen to know when, exactly, they picked this quest up?

This quest is very touchy. If you pick this one up in concordance with Strength of the Tempest be careful as to not venture too far south; stepping even slightly into the "North Sea" territory. If you've already concocted the Secret Strength it will surely poof.

Also if you pick up the Hard Ale, and for some reason have to drop or restart this quest, it will disappear.

So frustrating.

Don't forget to turn in the quest and go back to frenzyheart hill, if you talk to Rejek he will drink the brew and yell out something about you showing him the secret strength of the frenzyheart.

The Server rest is at 4:00 am server time, so you can do the daily at 3:30 am and then another daily at 6:30 am.

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet but if you take his ale and drink it for 10 seconds you'll start to grow. If you keep doing it and getting more you can become...quite large.

It seems you no longer need to go see Grimbooze Thunderbrew, or mix the drink with the berries; I was given the drink ready to use upon getting the quest.

Well, I wanted to get my hands on some of that Thunderbrew's Hard Ale, but when I pick up the quest, the Secret Strength of the Frenzyheart brew stuff is already made, meaning I can't talk to Grimbooze Thunderbrew....sooooo what does that mean?

At least as of 3.3.5, it doesn't seem to have a 50% damage reduction effect anymore. I was getting hit for 90-130 with it on and off (45.78% physical reduction).

They have around 5k hp, easy to run abunch up, but droping a AoE effect such as concercration, and then running to another mob, and keep on poping when it off CD. basicly a kite, and then just CC them down. Don't even have to use the quest Item.

Nice little bug for this quest!
~ Read this and DC everyone in Dalaran! =) ~

- Go to Sholazar Basin.
- Get PVP tagged using a friend or a random unlucky Alliance/Horde player.
- Pick up the quest 'Strength of the Frenzyheart' -> It's a random quest and you have to be lucky to get it.
- Destroy the quest item.
- Get to Nesingwary's Camp.
- Ask the guy next to the brew distillery for a new drink.
- Call out Jeeves if you're an engineer or Argent Squire/Gruntling.
- Put the new drink in your bank.
- Ask for a new drink from the dwarf.
- Repeat last 2 steps =)

Now for the fun part:
Go to Dalaran and get all the drinks from your bank into your bags.
It takes 10 seconds before you start growing for the first time, meaning every drink will give you 3 stacks.
Maximum number of stacks is 30 -> If you then use your mounts rapidly after each other, especially any Proto Drakes or Mammoths, ppl are guaranteed to be DC'ed =)

Dunno why this is listed as an Alliance quest... Unless it just didn't list a Horde version when I searched it.
Anyhow, enough with people's fancy words and theory crafting about how much damage the drink does.
This quest requires you to get piss drunk and one shot a bunch of stupid frogs. :)

I can confirm, that the Secret Strength of the Frenzyheart Brew is given when you pick up the quest. Two days in a row now it has worked for me like that.

Just drink the brew, round up as many mobs as you want. AOE to your heart's content. Much fun to be had!

Sholazar Basin Daily Quests
You will get daily quests from faction you are in friends with.
Each quest giver will give 1 random quest from their set every day.
Frenzyheart Champion and Hand of the Oracles are needed to start or switch factions in Sholazar.

I just try to do like the other people said but I had to kill elementals to get the essance to get the quest to work so I guess they have fix that in this new patch

The quest is available to both factions and you no longer need to visit the Base Camp.

Go to Nesingwary Base Camp and speak to Grimbooze Thunderbrew (26.8,60.1) for the ale to mix with the berry. No need to purchase it, he will give it to you.

We have berries we keep from other lands we came from... they not so special on their own, but mix them with drunk drinks and they make Frenzyheart super strong. You a Frenzyheart now... it time you get to be strong too.

I give some drink, then you be super strong and you go smash all the spark big-tongues.
