The center of the area you need to go to is 24,35. His coords are a bit off. It's exactly behind the maker's perch and only contain elementals that drop water, air and earth mats.

Picked up and completed Song of Fecundity at about 3:30pm today on Crushridge.

Time depending is BS, it's not time dependent at all. I seem to be offered "A Cleansing Song" all day every day.

Yesterday was my first one of getting this, as I had just completed the quest that unlocks the dailies.

As a 77 enhancement Shaman, I solo'd this one easily. I flew up the cliffs, landed, and proceeded to kill stuff.

The Storm Revenants were harder to kill than the Aqueous Spirits, and they had much better attacks.
Be sure to mana up before each of these. I don't usually drink or eat anything, but with these I pretty much had to. Otherwise I couldn't have healed myself.

Very easy daily:

Co-ordinates: Around 24,25
Use item: Horn of Fecundity (immediate cooldown)
On piles of dirt around this location.

Approx time to complete: 2 minutes

NOTE: Mobs are few and therefore most piles of dirt can be blown at with aggro

Just a hypothesis, but I noticed my first time getting this quest, that in game it was raining. I believe you can only get this quest while it is raining in-game. Maybe I am on the crazy train, I would like to see what people think. I mean Soaked Dirt mounds....rain....it kinda would make sense.

A few people have said that it needs to be raining in order to obtain this quest. That is incorrect. I have just picked this quest up and it was not raining at the quest giver, nor has it any time in the past. I can’t remember ever seeing rain in the basin. However it ALWAYS rains where the quest is done up on Stormwright shelf, perhaps this is why people have become confused.

This quest is random on a per day basis, it just happens to be a lot rarer than most.

Edit: Second day in a row and no rain at the quest giver.

Each quest giver will give 1 random quest from their set every day.
Frenzyheart Champion and Hand of the Oracles are needed to start or switch factions in Sholazar.

Soo-nee at Rainspeaker Canopy wants you to go to the Stormwright's Shelf, northwest of the Maker's Perch, and play the Horn of Fecundity near 8 piles Soaked Fertile Dirt.

The storm is a destructive force. Storm burns trees. Storm floods houses.

But storm can also be life force if you know right song. In Stormwright Shelf, above Maker's Perch, you can find small dirt mounds. They very fertile -- they carry inside a strong seed. All they wait for is the right song.

You take this horn and play song for them.
