Will drop from Heroic Madness of Deathwing in the Dragon Soul raid, one of the many proc-weapons featured.

Obviously good for any Enh Sham or Rogue, possibly better for Shamans if it scales.

I'm too busy seeing Dalek in its name though.

Various reports of testing on the PTR have confirmed that the proc will scale with enhancement shaman's mastery ability, which means that this will be far and away the best weapon of the tier content, expansion, the game, and for all of time.

Until 5.0 drops and we get a green 1039dps weapon immediately after stepping off the boat.

For those that like to "SOLO" old school raids still (level 60) in the true sense of doing it by themselves; and are mele DPS. This item would be useful to those classes that cannot cast frost spells when combating this boss: Viscidus in the Temple of AhniQiraj.

At minimum damage, it should be about 232 frost procs. :)

Enhancement shaman's BIS, Rogues you got the legendary this expansion so do the right thing and let the shamans get priority. The weapon only scales with mastery for Frost/Fire procs.

For Combat Rogues that are pursueing Fangs of the Father, this might be worth knowing:
Golad, Twilight of Aspects > No'Kaled, the Elements of Death (heroic) > No'Kaled, the Elements of Death (normal) > The Sleeper > No'Kaled, the Elements of Death (LFR) > Fear

I'm sorry to disappoint you but the LFR Madness of Deathwing axe is indeed better than the Stage 1 Legendaries, likewise the Normal Madness of Deathwing axe is also better than the Stage 2 Legendaries.
I have a Combat Rogue myself and I can confirm this.
