I think that by "rumble" it really means that it makes your stomach turn inside out. Literally.

Well, as in all WoW's rewards, it's virtual...and true to WoW form, it virtually has NO reward, so just remove it from your inventory and save the real estate (bag space.)

I ate this and then roughly 2 seconds later Deathwing torched Westfall. I am pretty sure that isn't the intended effect but good lord did it scare the nuts off me :(

Alright, must admit I was curious sooooo, I tried it. Nothing happened. Just a 2 hour cool down that says you're hungry or your stomach rumbles or something dumb like that. Oh well....
