Confirmed- This trinket's proc wlll stack with the Banner of Victory buff (Fury)

They do not share internal cooldowns.

I have no idea why you were expecting anything else, since Brewfest 08's Coren dropped reskins of the 4 BC badge trinkets.

If these are anything like other trinkets with the same buffs, then proccing one will put the other on cooldown for the duration of the buff, which ought to give you double the up time of the buff in theory. I'm trying to get one to test this out but luck doesn't seem to be with me yet.

Some people are forgetting about the Wintergrasp trinket Anvil of titans. Anvil of titans, Mirror of truth and Coren's Chromium Coaster all share the same ICD and have the same buff "reflection of torment". The trinket from reg ToC Banner of victory has a different buff and different ICD so Banner of victory can proc with the other trinkets but Anvil of titans, mirror of truth and Coren's Chromium Coaster can NOT proc at the same time.

Most likely share the same internal cooldown, If you click on the writing, it says it gives you the buff "Reflection of Torment" which is the exact same one the Mirror of Truth gives.

this also does not stack with Pyrite Infusder from 10 ulduar. It does stack, however, with darkmoon card greatness

Just dropped for me. What are the chances? I was also lucky enough to have another hunter in group who didn't want it. Now I don't have to farm for badges.

This is dropped off Coren Direbrew as part of a daily quest during the Brewfest season. (as of 2009)

His complete loot table:
1st time you fight him, he will drop Direbrew's Dire Brew which you can turn into Ipfelkofer Ironkeg for 40 Brewfest Prize Tokens, then..

A) Guaranteed to drop one of these epic trinkets:
-Ancient Pickled Egg.
-Brawler's Souvenir.
-Mithril Pocketwatch.
-Coren's Chromium Coaster.
-Bitter Balebrew Charm.
