Currently (just prior to wotlk release) there are no crafting recipes that use this item. This may very well mean that we have yet to see the best of the crafted products to be made available.

Ok so I'm not going to lie:

There is a glitch on Live that allows you to discover all of the current transmutations available. I did this and got every single transmute (i.e Shadow -> Water etc...) and did not discover this. Maybe its really rare? Possibly but that would be an insanely low chance considering you can only do a transmute every 3 days or so.

You can rate me down but at least now you know.

EDIT: Obviously there is no such thing as Shadow -> Water, I was just giving an example :P Heres a list of everything I learned:

Air -> Earth
Air -> Water
Earth -> Air
Earth -> Shadow
Life -> Fire
Life -> Shadow
Shadow -> Earth
Shadow -> Life
Water -> Air
Water -> Fire

(list has repeats obviously as you can see)

The reason no one has discovered this yet by transmutation is because it is a Northrend Alchemy Research recipe. Good luck getting it.

I have now discovered all the recipes in the game through the Northrend Discovery process. I thought I would try and see if Eternal Might was in game, so I used the Discovery twice more - and only got some Flasks or Elixirs, and no Eternal Might. So this again suggests this item is not in game yet, and may be added in 3.1. (like many suggested), together with the crafting recipes that make use of it.

So as I've been reading over several items for the past 20 minutes..

It's safe to say that Eternal Might may or May Not be implemented at all.

assuming it won't be implemented:

The reason why that there's no recipies linked to this is because...well..

Wrath is live. All the mats needed for the current goodies are implemented..none of them have Eternal Might.

:D But just because it's live, doesn't mean that there won't be any new implementation of this item or any recipes requiring it.

I have already been stockpiling for them. I haven't sold any eternal elements since i started getting them. And use my transmutation spec alchemy to change some of them around in hopes of getting a few extras. When the eternal might spell is introduced to the game, i might be limited to only making 1 every 20 hours, but ill have mats for many weeks.

Only stupid people will create this. it isnt usable for any quest or as reagent for anything. thats a pity to spent elements for this

Likely that the next versions will be used to make items. Primal Might the same! is doing some good now go to sell later when requested, you will have enough for their consumption and for sale!

Has anyone got one of these yet or know of anyone who has? I've just been told that Eternal Mights are in the game now and you can get Eternal Mights from doing the Northrend Alchemy research, not from transmuting. I find this a little weird to be honest, especially as we can't learn the transmute itself yet...

As of patch 3.2, this item is still not in game. Might never be, since it seems Blizzard prefers orbs that drop from raids to be used in crafting as opposed to something that is profession-specific.

It's too bad, too. A miner/alchemist would have a field day with this.

I just aquired the recipe to transmute eternal might. Northrend Alchemy Research produced it. If you dont know what that is...it is taught by grandmaster alchemists at skill level 400. It produces random recipes every 3 days....long cooldown, but well worth the wait. I dont know what the chances are of producing certain recipes...i didnt even know about the eternal might until it popped from using Northrend Alchemy Research. It works...I've seen it. =D

You CAN get this. I know someone on the my server that has it. It IS learned from the transmute whateveryoucallit's. Idk, I am just a Scribe. :P

This never made it live. Now with Cataclysm in a few months there is no reason to put it in the game.

Interestingly, Battle.net now shows you recipes you're missing, and this is one of the missing ones, despite it not being attainable.

If you're an alchemist, you can go to your character at the battle.net site, then click on the "Professions" link on the left, then click "Alchemy" under the Primary Professions section, then click the "Not Yet Learned" tab in the top center.

For my alchemist, the two missing recipes listed that are not attainable in-game are:

Eternal Might
Greater Holy Protection Potion
