These Dragonmaw are those left after the Day of the Dragon. It seems the new Horde led by Garrosh has given them the support Thrall refused. You can see some Dragonmaw on Wetlands, on the Angerfang Encampment, still unknown whether these will stay hostile to all or will side with the Horde. These orcs possess a red wine-ish hue on their skin.

Currently the old Dragonmaw NPCs (wetlands, etc) are still hostile.

In one of the Dragonmaw encampments, the scene is absolutely gruesome. The sheer detail of the gore to the dragons is just..wow. Horns all cut off, tails cut off, wings, ends of the toes (claws). Clearly chained down. Some strung up by their necks and left to hang. Their hides, wings, and heads decorating the camp.

Extremely hardcore faction. I wonder if they'd get along well with the Forsaken, with their love for stringing up gory body parts?

I received a set of dailies at Bloodgulch after completing the Dragonmaw Tour of Duty achievement. I had completed all of the quests in the zone except Circle of Carnage and the dailies werent there until I did the achievement. I assume they are linked, but could be mistaken.

The quest that starts the reputation for the Dragonmaw clan starts at the billboard in front of org to the twilight highlands. You than do a bunch of quests and eventually lead a revolution in the dragonmaw camp which opens up the dragonmaw as a faction and Twilight Highlands in general for questing

Getting Exalted with Dragonmaw Clan

Quests
Complete all these quests in Twilight Highlands for around 9K rep. Finishing all the quests in Bloodgulch will also open up the dailies for you.

Dailies
There are 5 Daily quests rewarding 250 rep each available in Bloodgulch, Twilight Highlands, which is 1250 rep per day.
(In case no dailies are available for you, verify if you completed all the regular quests in Bloodgulch first)

* Keep this for last. You are most likely to get the insignias while doing the other dailies.

To anyone who just wants to get the tabard. When i was 84 i got the quest from the Notice Board to get to the Twilight Highlands. Once i was there i did the neccessary quests to open up the portal to the Highlands from Org. Then do the CoC Questline (New Ring of Blood). After you have done these two things, just do the first 5-10 quests from the Area. Initially they wont give you Dragonmaw rep, but just keep doing them and eventually (might be different for you for whatever reason) i had to kill Nagas on the beach. After doing these Naga quests, i became Friendly with the faction.

Should take no more than an hour (Only 30 but due to CoC its likely to take a little longer).

In an attempt to clear up some misinformation:

Completing the Crucible of Carnage series of quests is NOT required to obtain access to the Dragonmaw Clan Quartermaster.

Simply follow the Dragonmaw centric quests in order, until you are sent to Blood Gulch. At that point (possibly before), the Quartermaster is available to interact with.

Again: The Crucible of Carnage is NOT required.

Need some info please. Somehow I messed up in this quest chain with the Dragonmaw. Never took a boat to a port, my first quest there was for a goblin at The Krazzworks. The Warchief board in Orgimmar says (the horde war machine needs you)? Have pick'd up quest from the board and completed them.

Just can't get over 1.3k neutral with this faction they give me no quest or will serve me repairs or F Paths. Can this be fixed or am I just flat out screwed with earning rep with this faction?

Though the quartermaster sells items which require Level 83 for the honored tier, gaining reputation with this merry band of orcs requires player level 84 (note that all Cataclysm factions provide honored-required gear for level 83, so this is consistent).

The Dragonmaw outpost named 'Bloodgulch' is named after a popular Machinima series named 'Red vs Blue' created by Rooster Teeth. One of the quest-givers there is named . Within the series, his name is spelt Grif, but another of the characters mistakenly names him Griff, the Dragonmaw way.
The quest refers to Grif's lazy lifestyle.

To make finding the quests I needed to pick up easier, I did a little filtering:

Sorted by Database > Quests
-Increases reputation with... Dragonmaw Clan
--and then sorted by required level so I know when I can pick up each quest as I level.

I had a huge problem with this in that I couldn't get the opening quests for Azshara. Seems I did not do the Orgrimmar quest: Weapons of Mass Dysfunction

This one lets Garrosh Hellscream give you the opening quest for the Azshara Reagion which in turn then unlocks the quests in Twilight Highlands.

This is an overall guide for Twilight Highlands quests for Horde faction. Leads to Consumed by Nightmare, Fading into Twilight and King of the Mountain and also gives nice reputation jump, pre-heroic loot and a fair amount of money. Feel free to correct please, I've done some of the quests when they first came up, so there might be some mistakes obviously.

1.As you already know, you start with Warchief's Command: Twilight Highlands! to open the zone. This chain ends with Ready the Ground Troops.

2.Followed by Ready the Navy, ending with Beating the Market.

3.Ready the Air Force, ending with Negotiations Terminated.

4.Emergency Aid, ending with Dangerous Compassion.

5.You Say You Want a Revolution, ending with Return to the Highlands.

At this point you will unlock the portal and can move to the actual zone.

6.Zaela gives The Northern Flank which leads to Narkrall, the Drake-Tamer. She also gives The Southern Flank which leads to two other quests on the beach; so that you can do the chains starting with Mo' Better Shredder, followed by the Reprisal and lastly Of Utmost Importance.

7.Narkrall gives Crushing the Wildhammer and Drag 'em Down, then you can get Bait and Throttle chain, ending with Fury Unbound. Leading to chains Purple is Your Color and Whispers in the Wind.

8.Garona starts the chain A Vision of Twilight.

9.Mallia starts the chain Paint it Black, ending with Nightmare; combined with Unbroken chain, gives you Consumed by Nightmare and leading to Warm Welcome chain. Warm welcome? -_-

10.So you end the chain with In Defense of the Redoubt quest and Calen here gives Encroaching Twilight, Far from the Nest, Breach in the Defenses and Patchwork Command quests.

11.Patch starts Precious Goods chain, ending with Pressing Forward and leading to Enter the Dragon Queen.

12.Now you can start the Battle of Life and Death chain with pretty good cutscenes.

13.Lirastrasza starts Blackout chain, ending with Last of Her Kind and leading to Crushblow chain ,which ends with Signal the Attack (Be sure to disable any quest-helper addon on this one as you probably won't be able to complete the quest -not in database and its "click to complete").

14.Lady Cozwynn gives Call in the Artillery and Kor'kron Drop quests to start the Four Heads are Better than None chain, ending with Just You and Garona.

15.Garona gives Bring the Hammer Down, Dark Assassins and Help from the Earthcaller which leads to Earthcaller Yevaa and Initiate Goldmine. They give the Unbinding and Portal Overload quests.

16.Doing Distract Them for Me (cloth wearers should be careful on this one) and Spirit of the Loch chains together, you end up with Mr. Goldmine's Wild Ride.

17.So..you're in the cave, starting the A Little on the Side chain. Don't forget to take Rune Ruination as its your ticket out. Ending with A Fiery Reunion, the last chain is here, starting with Garona Needs You.

18.End the chain with Skullcrusher the Mountain and get your achievement!

Note: Probably you won't need to do every quest on this guide to get the achievement. And you can definately do the dailies to earn reputation with this guys (after unlocking them of course). I know its a lot time consuming but its really fun and the cutscenes are pretty cool and I don't even like questing.

I know there has been all those ideas about being able to be a Mag'har orc (brown skin), but I think it would also be cool if you could be an untainted Dragonmaw orc. It would probably never happen, I know, but it's just a thought.

I wish you could go to war with them. I would just love to get hated with them. I wonder if Thrall was in charge if he would have allowed an alliance.

This wayward orc clan was once empowered by Deathwing himself to enslave red dragons, including Alexstrasza. Currently less numerous and powerful, the Dragonmaw make their home in the Twilight Highlands.
