I got enough for the achievement in two boxes, including a sufficient amount to get the achievement again which I gave to a guildie.

if your very lucky, you can get the chocolates you need for the achievement.

but if your like me, I've been through 6 boxes so far and not found 1 very berry cream.

and for some reason, i didn't even think i should look on the ah for the one i need.

You can buy the chocolates from Lovely Merchants in capital cities.

You get this achievement by opening Box of Chocolates. One box might not contain all chocolates, but there's a fairly high chance you will complete it within 1-2 boxes.
The boxes are bought with 10xLove Token, the vendors are found in every capital city during the Love is in the air event.

I was looking on the AH for the chocolates, but couldn't find any. I'm kinda disappointed that they're no longer eligible to be put up for auction. As opposed to the ease in obtaining Swift Lovebirds & the companion and putting them up for auction. Ah well, back to looking for them in /2 then!

Confirmed you can trade all of the candies for Sweet Tooth in 2012, find a friend or guildy who has extra and trade to save Love Token's. Also works with the Heart Candy, and the Lovely Charm Bracelet (once they are created from the Lovely Charm, the charms cannot be traded).
