I have had this trinket for a while now. It is outmost excellent. With very few of my items yielding Armor Penetration rating, I still get over 20% armor decrease on my target upon activation - Serrated Blades not counted - which nets me a significant burst. Excellent for unloading more threat to your tank when Tricking, and excellent everywhere else. The animation looks like a Slice and Dice activation coupled with the proc effect and sound from the good old Badge of the Swarmguard from AQ40 (sound also used in Feint), which we all loved.

Love it. I have this equipped along with Mirror of Truth. I don't see replacing them for quite a while. a few of the naxx trinks are questionably better.

According to wowwiki, i takes 15.39 Armor Penetration Rating to ignore 1% of your opponents armor at level 80. This means that this item gives you 18,9% armor penetrated.

E.g. if your opponent had 12k armor and you use this trinket, your hits will hit him like he had 9732.

I currently use this with Mirror of Truth as a TG fury warrior, and it works fantastically. The only thing that I could consider upgrading to would be Grim Toll from Heigan the Unclean, Maexxna, Grobbulus, and Gothik the Harvester in heroic Naxxramas.

the Accurate "PASSIVE" dmg increase on the use is 0.83% if used on every CD starting from the beginning of the combat...

What makes this trinket so good is that it stacks multiplicatively with your crit/ap/haste etc.

I purchased Battlemaster's Conviction, the 190 AP trinket, from the PVP vendor and did some tests against a test dummy comparing it to this trinket. The Incisor Fragment appears to give significantly better dps thanks to the armor penetration buff.

I returned the Battlemaster's Conviction and got my 50,000 honor points back.

Pretty good trinket if your looking to get a grim toll or Mjolnir Runestone and it hasnt droped yet.

Couldnt need on this as a Fury warrior, anyone else that have had an issue with it?
ArP is now crit btw.

4.0.1 patch might have something to do with this, could need on tank-trinkets but not this dps trinket.

I've run into the problem as well fairly lately on my warrior, then I've noticed I could roll on it on my caster dps. I ticketed it but got no response for whatever reason. Then I read a comment on here that a GM said it was an intentional change? Well, I hope they change the +attack power boost to +spell power instead then, or change back who can roll need on it. Good job, Blizz, good job. /facepalm
