Must complete Prove Yer Allegiance, Scrapped Golems, and Golem Training in order for this to pop up.

How to get another if you do need it? :/

I still have the disguise but it does not give me the option to speak to general Thorg'Izog. The mouse cursor shows as an attack icon, but then tells me the unit is friendly. I don't know how to complete this quest can anyone help please?

Having the same problem too. I abandoned the quest, destroyed the mask then took the quest and made a new mask. Still no luck. Tried it again this time i logged off and logged back on before taking the quest and making another mask....still no luck. Even if I destroy the mask they are red but they don't attack and if I try to attack it just says that they are friendly. Any help would be great.

The general and minions were all Red to me, even tho I was wearing the disguise.
I couldn't remove the disguize to re-apply it to reset the flag either (kept getting error message "you can't do that yet" when trying to remove the disguise).

Found a workaround:
1) abandon the quest
2) fly to another map zone, and the disguize gets removed automatically, then fly back
3) re-accept the quest
4) re-apply the disguise from your inventory only after accepting this quest
5) then the general will be green to you and it will work.

For anyone like me that did some of the quests in this area to level up and didn't finish the chain! If you do not have your disguise anymore just got back to the tailoring table and remake the disguise again and continue your quests!

(I didn't find anyone else recommending this so I figured I might add it for those like me who didn't know what to do!)
