After completing Ol'Blasty and its follow-up and Our Mortal Enemies, Fleet Master Firallon gives you The Damsel's Luck.

I hearthed after picking up this quest, and when I went back to the boats, the pirates were all red again (although they didn't aggro and were unattackable, I couldn't interact with them at all). I opened a ticket and the response was to reset my entire UI. To avoid dealing with this, I suggest you don't hearth in the middle of this quest chain as I suspect it's more bug than individual UI issue.

Just finished a conversation with a GM. The reason that it happened because when you reloaded your UI, it removed the "Piracy" buff given to you by Yancey Grillsen. Revisit him and the get the buff and you'll be back in business.

I fixed this by simply flying out of the area (Fort Livingston) and back to Booty Bay. Came back to the ships and everyone was back to green! hope this helps
