Turn from the questgiver to the right and look for a stone bird bath click the water and watch the cinematic. quest complete

currently wowhead says to kill something (03/10/10) this is incorrect as there's nothing to kill, just a cinematic to watch

it is so NOT the big shiny bubble, but the tiny little bowl of water just next to the quest giver on a small pillar.

The object you have to interact with is blue colored(bowl of water),placed on a pillar barely noticeable,3 maybe 4 yards away to south,from the questgiver.
Going to be hard to spot it at the early release of Cataclysm,when everyone will be clustered in that spot with their flying mounts.

To complete this quest you need to click the bowl of water standing on a pedestal in Stormwind (74.3, 19.5).

Okay, so I completed this task, and the next quest does not make itself available to me... I went over to Nambria and she has nothing for me. Did I miss something?

"As of beta build 12984, the cinematic is broken and does not show anything of use."

The next quest can be gotten without doing this one. It's on a poster in the middle of SW (same place where you get the breadcrumb quest for Hyjal).

Around this time, kill Gilblin Collectors and hope
Lady La-La's necklace drops for Lady La-La's Medallion. There are conflicting reports of what quests are needed for the item to drop.
This is also a good time to kill Gilblingle for waterlogged journal which starts Blackfin's Booty.
