If you dont want to set your hearthstone in leveling areas, dont worry: there's a portal in OG (Valley of Wisdom) back to Twilight Highlands.

The Hyjal portal unlocked for me after this quest (or rather, after I received this quest).

Pretty sure this is the quest that makes the Hyjal portal active.

Thank you assasinator, I did *not* see the portal and flew around for a while. Silly I know but it happens.
