Cenarion Researcher Korrah is located halfway up a bluff. A path starts at 41,29 which takes you to a split. Go to the right and follow it around til you find him. There is also a hyppogryph which is a Flight Master.

When we established our post here, we were asked to keep a watch over one of their researchers.
