Just to make clear: It's +50% more damage based on Ice Lance's damage. So any passive boosts from Ice lance also apply on the extra attack. So it's 150% damage.

Still not sure how this works with multistrikes or Icicles.

I wonder if this talent will interact with glacial spike somehow, double glacial spike hype?
If it doesnt interact, i expect glacial spike to be subpar for 2~3 target cleave

Should be removed or inactive in Legion as the effect iw a talent and glyphs are now cosmetic.

As of 7.1.5, the talent grants 10% additional damage to your Ice Lance and Mastery: Icicles. Ice Lance will also hit an additional target within 8 yards for 50% damage. This cleave affects the talent Glacial Spike, so it will hit another talent for 50% of the main target.

I'm finding I hate splitting ice. Why? Because I can't control when it hits a 2nd target. I'm noticing its terrible if you want to raid as it damages/pulles enemies I do NOT want to hit. I love the damage when I want it...but can't control this. How bad would it be for a frost mage to unselect this talent?
